If there were "0" stars available, this property would receive below it. The room we booked online, was not the room we walked into. When we inquired, we were told "they" (whoever that was) overbooked the hotel. The room was adjacent to the lobby, steps away from the elevator and dining area. Additionally, when I tried to get back into my room after discussing with the front desk, found my card key did not work. I went back to the front desk and was given a new key. We were traveling with our grandson and went down to check out the pool. Once again, none of our keys worked to get back into our room and our dog was on the other side of the door. Back again to the front desk and now the manager on duty tried, also to no avail. I mentioned it was probably not the card key but something internal with the lock itself. This finally resolved itself. Fast forward to midnight, all of us sound asleep, when an entire party, not certain if wedding or otherwise, proceeded to chatter up a storm for about a half an hour, this along with the elevator dinging every couple of minutes. I was concerned our grandson would wake up with all the noise. No one from the front desk came to ask them to quiet it down! It finally settled down, until around 4:00am, when the elevator started dinging again. People were leaving and had no respect for other guests and again nothing was said from management. I was more than livid. Having been in Hospitality and knowing the difference between right and wrong, this was wrong on so many levels. When we checked out and I asked for our room to be comped, I was told the best they could do was approximately $40. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager. In my dealings in the industry, this was unacceptable. In leaving, I mentioned I would be taking this to social media and was told, "okay." This was in May, but my first chance to voice my dissatisfaction with the hotel. We will never stay here again, not recommend and think twice before staying at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Nice place here for a quick stay.. It's pretty expensive for what you get tho.. But the staff is good and so is the breakfast.. The rooms are clean and nice.. The lobby Is decently sized.. But overall I think that this place is and excellent place to stay.. And I'd give it at least a 7/10..👍👍👍👍

My husband and I were traveling for a puppet performance nearby. The location was perfectly located near where he was performing, and this hotel accepts large dogs, so we chose to stay here. Our rescue dog travels with us, so we'd requested a pet friendly room. I called IHG reservations to set up the reservation. The clerk I spoke with was friendly, but apparently forgot to note that we needed a pet friendly room. Check in was very easy, if a bit impersonal. The front desk staff was having a personal conversation that I'd clearly interrupted, but one of them quickly and professionally assisted me. We stayed in room 20, which is on the back side of the hotel, facing a pleasant natural looking area. The rooms were updated and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of pillows on each bed. The room was very quiet at night. We had some difficulty regulating the room temperature. We did not sleep well and woke up throughout the night because we were both warm, despite having the thermostat set to 69. The elevator makes some rather loud noises, but worked alright. The most distressing part of our stay was seeing a cockroach on the bathroom floor in the morning. My husband quickly squished it, and we checked all of our bags and belongings before leaving, so we would not be taking any uninvited guests home with us. We did not eat breakfast or have coffee (the cockroach had grossed is out a bit too much to eat there), but there were a lot of options available. Check out was very quick and easy.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast is by far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Such a fantastic variety of options... even eggs 3 ways every morning. The rooms were quiet and comfy with soft and firm pillows options. The pool was clean and well maintained. The reception was very pleasant and personable upon arrival and check out. Very friendly.

Super clean, COMFORTABLE rooms with the best beds. Nice little free toiletries and a Keurig. Hot sleeper, air worked great. Again, the beds were so cozy. Front desk was so easy going, really nice and accommodating. Good price for a weekend night. We swam at 11pm in the heated pool and it was a great night. Pool is clean and pretty good size. The icing on the cake was the DELICIOUS breakfast. Cute breakfast area with plenty to choose from. Pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, egg white omelettes and scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts and cereals, good juices, amazing muffins and cinnamon rolls. Very pleased! Location is tucked back behind some stores on Route 12 and is quiet and private.

I stay here often for work & the staff is great. Denise at the front desk & the GM Allison is always so friendly. The whole staff makes my visit make me feel like I’m at home.

The only annoying thing about my stay here was waiting at the front desk holding my bags for about 15 minutes bc i was waiting for anybody to show up at the front desk. Once they did check in was very quick. As far as the room they gave me one with a gigantic spotlight right outside the window. They did have a blackout type shade so it mitigated the spotlight shining in but it wasn't the best room they offered. Continental breakfast was mid. They were put of several stuff. No bacon.

I couldn’t give less than 1 Star for this Hotel. It was a very difficult stay, the rooms were ok but the bath tub and toilet has major issues, when asked to change the room, they said it is full, I was ok with that, requested the hotel guest services to repair the stuff, for which they promised to take care. We had to stand in the dirty water when taking shower, this is not acceptable. The issue was not fixed the second morning, we all work with our schedules, it will be difficult to really change the hotels in between your trip. When complained to the Front Desk, they promised to refund a days worth of amount for the inconvenience caused. It’s been almost 10 days still trying to contact the hotel manager, Manager Alondra is never available and never calls back. Trying to reach IHG Hotel customer service, we will have to wait on line for more than 2 hours but still we do not receive a response. I assume that this is one way they will at least listen to my concerns and get back to me.

The only flaw is being slightly off-center. However the hotel is wonderful, the staff is very qualified and the view is unique. The location and views are breathtaking. The staff will make everyone feel right at home. Food is wonderful too!

Been here for a week and no housekeeping done the entire time. My company gets our rooms here and feel like since we're blue collar guys we don't get any of the perks this hotel promises. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6. We leave at 550 ever morning for work so it's common to miss out on breakfast but today is Saturday and we're going in later and still can't get a hot breakfast cause the employee is running late. With the desk clerk sitting on his phone. Makes no sense. I'm letting my company know how it is so hopefully we won't use this or any other holiday Inn in the future.

They had a pool which I wish I used. Room was nice and modern with interesting furniture and lamps. Had a keurig style coffee maker and a fridge. Shower had actual full sized shampoo and conditioner, I would have liked travel size so I could bring them home. I liked that there was a little snack shop in the lobby that even had sugar free energy drinks. Yay!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Holiday Inn were the overall experience exceeded my expectations. This definitely will be one of my go to locations. A+ on Gio for making the front desk pleasant from the check in to the check out. It always feels like home when the staff is welcoming and provides great customer service.

After a long haul flight (25 hours) to sink into the most comfiest bed was a luxury!! Clean, modern rooms and if you get the back rooms your view is a nice wooded pond/lake. Houses on the other side but are masked by the trees. The breakfast was another delightful bonus. Hot or cold, choices of drinks, and yummy pastries. WiFi is fast as well. There is also a gym and swimming pool. AND round the corner, within walking distance is THE best tasting Mexican I've ever had (can't remember the name) Would definitely stay here again!!

I stayed here for 5 nights while on a work-related trip and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and kind. Room was also very clean. Good food nearby and a lovely little park right across the street with a beach. If ever I am in the area ever again, I will be back again! ☺️

I came from out of town to visit some family. I’ve never been here before, checking into the hotel Geo was very helpful! He pointed me into the right direction on where the best places to get food are, a few shops to visit and suggested a few activities to have a little fun! Very helpful, very nice, and very attentive!

The company I work for choose this hotel because it was close to the company. The rooms were big and clean. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Staff was super nice especially Shawn on the overnight shift. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Pool was nice and heated if not so deep. The complementary breakfast was standard. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Everyone was so awesome! We had our little baby and the front desk woman was able to get us in earlier than 3 PM so our baby could take a nap and also put us on the third floor just so we could have some quietness! She was so very kind, breakfast was great and rooms were amazing!
