When
I
signed
up
for
the
Reboot
Program
at
CFSB
in
February
2022,
I
was
quite
nervous
since
I
had
never
done
CrossFit
before
and
I
wasn't
sure
if
I
could
keep
up
with
the
class.
However,
the
coaches
at
CFSB
have
done
an
excellent
job
of
introducing
me
to
CrossFit
and
I
have
loved
working
out
at
this
gym
ever
since!
All
the
coaches
I
have
worked
with
are
very
friendly,
welcoming,
and
knowledgable.
They
are
always
attentive
towards
everyone
in
the
class
and
provide
valuable
feedback
to
improve
form
and
performance
while
avoiding
injuries.
Working
out
at
CFSB
gives
me
the
sense
that
the
coaches
truly
want
you
to
succeed
in
your
journey
to
fitness!
The
workouts
for
the
1-hour
classes
are
thoughtfully
designed
and
balanced
to
improve
strength
and
stamina.
They
are
very
mindful
of
people
at
different
levels
of
fitness
and
accommodate
everyone
by
providing
workout
variations
that
are
equally
effective.
Periodic
nutrition
coaching
and
discussions
have
personally
helped
me
identify
and
eliminate
some
bad
dietary
habits
(work
in
progress!)
while
adopting
healthy
and
sustainable
ones.
This
gym
provides
a
truly
welcoming
environment
to
work
towards
your
fitness
goals.
The
staff,
coaches,
and
other
members
are
simply
wonderful!
I
am
sincerely
glad
I
joined
this
gym!
