My
husband
and
I
went
to
see
a
movie
tonight
for
our
date
night.
The
theater
itself
needs
some
work.
We
were
in
14
and
the
ceiling
had
holes
and
because
it
was
raining
it
was
dripping
water
on
the
floor.
I'm
adding
photos.
Our
other
issue
is
that
they
don't
offer
refills
on
anything.
The
last
issue
we
had
is
the
staff.
The
people
at
the
concessions
stand
were
nice.
However
the
guy
taking
the
tickets
was
very
rude.
Also
after
the
movie
my
husband
asked
an
employee
a
question,
he
ignored
my
husband!
After
my
husband
asked
three
times
he
finally
stopped
to
listen
and
gave
him
serious
attitude.
I
know
customer
service
has
died
over
the
years
but
this
was
just
horrible.
Train
your
employees
that
the
people
that
are
"bothering"
them
are
the
reason
they
have
jobs!
I'll
drive
any
distance
to
avoid
this
theater
if
things
don't
change.

I
went
back
to
the
theater
on
Monday
October
30th
to
see
a
movie
at
4:15p.m.
and
the
lady
working
at
the
concession
stand
was
very
rude.
She
acted
like
we
were
bothering
her
more
than
anything.
You
need
people
who
are
friendly
and
upbeat
working
with
the
customers.**
