My husband and I went to see a movie tonight for our date night. The theater itself needs some work. We were in 14 and the ceiling had holes and because it was raining it was dripping water on the floor. I'm adding photos. Our other issue is that they don't offer refills on anything. The last issue we had is the staff. The people at the concessions stand were nice. However the guy taking the tickets was very rude. Also after the movie my husband asked an employee a question, he ignored my husband! After my husband asked three times he finally stopped to listen and gave him serious attitude. I know customer service has died over the years but this was just horrible. Train your employees that the people that are "bothering" them are the reason they have jobs! I'll drive any distance to avoid this theater if things don't change. **Update I went back to the theater on Monday October 30th to see a movie at 4:15p.m. and the lady working at the concession stand was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her more than anything. You need people who are friendly and upbeat working with the customers.**

The theater is showing its age, but the movie picture and sound quality were good. Restrooms were clean enough, and so was the theater itself. Room temp was not too cold either. I like being able to pre-order concessions as the line is always long, but i wish there was a way to order ice water in the app. You can get bottled water, but if you don't want that you have to stand in line to buy the cup of ice water, negating the point of advanced ordering. Seats were so worn and cracked that my long hair was catching on some of the edges when I shifted in my seat. The theater wasn't dark enough to hide the poor quality and others commented on it as well. Time for an update for sure.

Great leather reclining seats and very clean. Wonderful customer service, and the best part is you get to pick your seats online or if you just walk up to the booth. Alcohol is now sold here. The sound was amazing. Hotdogs and popcorn were delicious.

It's generally cheaper to buy tickets inside of the movie theater, which is what we did. Concessions line moved fairly quickly, the popcorn was really good! The theater itself was pretty clean but as stated in some older reviews the seats are not perfect by any means, to me comfort and cleanliness is what really matters. The seats were comfortable enough to watch a two hour movie. We had a good time, and enjoy our home town theater.

Nice theater. Quiet. Clean. Staff was professional and polite. Some seats had tears or cuts in them. Overall in good shape. Movie and sound quality were excellent. Really an enjoyable experience. Hope to see the DB interactive chairs here soon, too. And, for those interested, saw a poster when I left about renting a theater (something) for birthday parties etc.

I hate the movie theater. I actually have gone twice in two weeks to this location. Only downfall is the concessions on the movie theater side isn't open to serve anything but mobile orders. Why would you ever encourage phone use in the theater during the movie??? Had to walk all the way around to get my daughter a water when she wasn't feeling well. Took extra time that wasn't needed.

As far as movie theaters go. I've never had an issue here. The seats are comfy the controls work. It has never been super crowded for the times I've gone. The only thing I noticed is the carpeting is super dirty, but with so many people walking through I can't imagine it's an easy feet. I've watched people drop so much popcorn on their way down the halls and the staff have it cleaned up before we exit...Great Job staff!

This is a very nice theater very clean very quiet very relaxing. The seat is amazing and the sounds of the movies and the theaters. They are magnificent. We enjoy coming in every single time we go to watch a good movie. This is our place and easy way to park an easy gate get to where is located Definitely unrecommended
