Was here for my nephew's birthday party. The party helper was GREAT and extremely accommodating. We were running late and they let us stay at the tables after our time was supposed to be up. It was very clean and spaced out well. Only reason for 4 stars is that not every game was working however most of them were.

So this is how Chuck E. Cheese saves a buck. They charge us 6$$ for this tiny little container and the rude girls at this place don’t even bother to fill it up!! It’s literally half of not more then half of the original cup they sold just a year ago. They should be ashamed. I’ll never give them another dime of my hard earned money! Lots of better places I can take my kids without being RIPPED OFF

The place is clean. All the machines worked fine. My child had fun. At the end we had pizza and rainbow churros which tasted great. The attitude of staff at the ticket/toy counter killed the whole experience. The attendant seemed disinterested. Not friendly at all. She looked like she did not want to be there. After we selected some toys we were left with 59 points and I asked if we would be able to get something from the 60 point bin. She rudely explained that it would put us in the negative balance. I knew that and I simply wanted to see if they had wiggle room to adjust the ticket price by 1 point. The way she replied and her body and attitude just killed it for us. I'll look for a different place next time my kids want to go to the arcade.

People who work there are extremely rude even the manager. We felt discriminated because of our accent. Only uncaring staff work there. We had the WORST birthday party ever.No pizzas,no food,Chuck e cheese did not even come to our table,no prizes... We had to ask 3 time to get my boy in the ticket blaster. Nobody cares. We waited with the birthday boy on the line more than 10min to get some prizes. The young girl gave service to everyone but not us.She told us "it is 10o'clock I have to go.You can come back tomorrow"and she turned around and left. Are you serious? My boy started crying he could not get anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was there for dinner earlier today, and honestly, I have 0 problems with it. This place was so clean I could not believe it. All the games are super fun! Even for adults. I have not been to a Chuck E. Cheese since 2020. I used to go to the Vernon hills Il location, Which was my local. It closed leaving my town without a Chuck E. Cheese. So I went to this one. It was amazing. I totally recommend! I could not be more satisfied with my visit. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent entertainment.

Smaller than I expected but still a fun time. Games do not yield a ton of tickets and any quality price is unreachable. Game cost is low which most likely explains the low ticket yield. Kiddo had fun, may be back. Clean, employees were friendly

First time at this location. I was in the area with the kids and wanted to use up their Summer Pass before the week was up. It's your typical Chuck E Cheese. It was pretty clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. We did get there when it first opened to avoid busy traffic of kids. They all had fun so no complaints here.

It was overall nice experience for my son 10th Birthday party. Party host assigned was very cordial and helpful. Though cold drink dispenser was not working and some of the games were also disfunctional since it was Tuesday before Christmas but overall nice experience.. thankyou..

Limited rides for the little ones. Salad bar are boring and don’t have nice choices of greens, fruits, macaroni salad itself are missing in action. Pizza’s are overpriced

Great fun for the grandkids. Oddly, the pizza is really good. Has a buttery crust going on. The kids always have a ball. I like that you buy time on the new cards and not coins/tokens. This particular CC, seems to keep the games in good shape, only 1-2 wear not working. Had fun. Get your kids to CC and be the coolest parents/G-parents on the block! ✌🏻

I wanted to give an update to my previous review. My only reason for a less than 5 star review is probably because my children have outgrown the games. I'd love to see some new and updated games. I would have also liked to see the games being disinfected, because many kids, plus many hands on games, equals many germs. All in all, my kids had fun attending a party.

Really great for birthday parties. Requires minimal effort from parents. Everything is provided and the party hosts are attentive. The place is fairly clean especially for being always busy. Kids love the games and the prizes. The food is about what you'd expect from a place like this. They do provide limited flavors of dipping dots ice cream which is always a hit with the kids.

Did our sons 5th bday party there. Kids had lots of fun, and our hostess was great. Chuckee stole the show when he came out and was soooo enthusiastic and fun. He interacted with the kids and danced and took pics. Overall, it was a successful night.

I had a great experience! I had a small birthday party for my son Jason and daughter Athena. They were so happy and the girl who who set everything up and attended our party was so nice and amazing! Upfront was a bit busy but the girls were nice and polite. There was a girl all in red upfront running both counters at one point and she did amazing! I know it's rough working up there but I was happy with the service. Thanks! I'll definitely be back.

We were there for a 6th Birthday party for a friend’s child. And since the celebration was on a Sunday - the place was packed, which is to be expected. Lots of entertainment available for the children, although this Chuck E. Cheese isn’t as big as others around the area. But my child still enjoyed the arcades and games, dancing and taking photos with Chuck E. Taking 1 star away only because - the hostess rushed through the party, and even though there were only 7 children in our party - she never made time to connect with any of the kids, not even the birthday boy. So, if the party was for my child - I would be extremely disappointed. But since we were guests - I am only taking 1 star. Really liked their lemonade - it was perfect! I can see how parking can be challenging over the weekend, if you have the option to carpool - maybe that’s best! Otherwise, the place was super clean for the amount of people there on a Sunday. They cleaned up and set up the table for the next party after ours - in less than 20 minutes. Impressive! P.S. If you found this review helpful - please, give it a thumbs up! Thank you!

Great for kids, I did see Chucky saying Hi. It's a bit small inside with a bit of variety 😉 for kids 2play. Got an hour of unlimited play for one price $$.

  • 4/5 Joel D. 1 year ago on Google
Typical Chuck-E-Cheese experience. You only end up here if you have kids. Everything is expensive $85 for two kids unlimited play for an hour and a pizza and 3 drinks. Games are getting a little stale especially if you have a younger kid who doesn't want to ride the rides but not quite yet able to play some of the ticket games. The pizza was surprisingly good. The people here (other customers) were rude and their kids unruly like they've never been in public before but that's not the businesses fault that's people in general. Service was a little slow and had a huge line at the register when you 1st come in until someone else finally came over to open up another register. Also it was surprisingly busy for a Sunday evening.

Be Aware Lazy stuff, rude manager.Food is disgusting. Some of the machines are out of order for a long time. Dirty tables and dirty toilets. Unfriendly, sad employees "work" there. I will not spend anymore money to any Chuck e cheese.

  • 1/5 Emma S. 1 year ago on Google
I get that this place is meant for kids to play. But when it's time to eat.. a “large” pizza; and what they call appetizer sampler (3 wings a handfull of frozen fries and a chuck or bread) is not worth 60+ dollars.

It is one of the best place for kids and adults to have fun. These days they are offering 2 hour unlimited playing for birthday parties...

  • 5/5 nicholas b. 1 year ago on Google
Samantha at front desk was very professional and helpful when my little ones were trying to decide on a prize. Chuck " E " cheese made their day by coming out and dancing with them!!! Thanks for being amazing Samantha! Thank you a million times over.

Good time pass for kids..if you are planning to spend 1 hour time for playing then go with 35$ pass... If you are planning for birthday celebration then this is nice place. You can choose 3 packages as per your convenience. When You book for birthday party, you actually pay per child.. Packages are starting from 22$/ child and max 34$/child..

Chuck e cheese is always a mediocre experience (we all know this). But this location is smaller and even worse than usual. The exception is the staff who were super nice and helpful.

  • 3/5 Robert C. 1 year ago on Google
Place is nice. Great for kids birthday parties. Pepperoni pizza is great. It's also nice that you can grab an ice cold brew. If you bring your kids to the ticket counter, be sure you check how many tickets they have first as one of the attendants that works there told 3 different families the wrong amounts for items they were redeeming. Of the 3, 1st one was sorted 100, 2nd was 200 and 3rd was 1700 shorted. All three had to make a fuss about it otherwise it wouldn't have been corrected. When calling management, they said this is a known issue due to a condition. What I don't understand is why they would put that person there then. Knowingly shorting people out of what's rightfully owed to them. I get it it's just tickets but do it right or don't do it.
