My parents and my family have ordered from here more times then I can count. The ONE time that we call to advise them that the large cheese pizza we ordered was too salty (salt water salty) and we could not eat it, they offered us 10% off of our next order. I reminded them that the pizza was not going to be eaten and if they could refund us the $16.00 or credit us for the next time, we’d prefer that. I was told that they would not refund us in any way and the best they could do was 10% off our next order. My wife and kids ended up eating sandwiches for dinner and this is the best they could do?? I could’ve asked them to remake the pizza and deliver it but we didn’t want to inconvenience them. This was a terrible business decision as they have lost two households from ordering from them any longer. I will be sharing this with everyone I know!

So sad! Waynes you’ve gone down hill. Over the last year I’ve ordered dozens of times, hoping they would get better. It’s not fit to feed to my dogs. There is no sauce, they put 20 lbs of toppings on, and it’s always a soggy mess. You can get it well done with lite toppings and it’s no different. It’s absolutely sad as I have been eating Wayne’s for nearly 30 years. And I’ll never eat it again.

BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! The pizzas are always cooked as requested,perfectly! I Don’t know why people complain about 1 time something goes wrong because I can guarantee that 99% of the time all pizzas are cooked and enjoyed! I don’t live close but every single time I get a feeling to get pizza I drive to Wayne’s pizza ASAP! If you want pizza for any occasion go to Wayne’s pizza for sure!!

Wayne's Pizza is a local institution and that longevity typically means that people like what they're cooking! Well, it's true! I love Chicago thin crust pizza 🍕, especially sausage, and Wayne's does it right! I'm within walking distance to a Lou Malnati's but I'd rather make a 20 minute round trip to Wayne's! It's that good. You can also order via their mobile app which allows you to design your own pie and that's useful when you need to split what's on each side.

The pizza here is a top-notch! Thin, crispy, delicious, and phenomenal. No wonder why lots of people keep coming back just to order again some their quality flavors of pizza. Everything at this place is great. They made all of their food to perfection. This is the best pizza house I have ever been to. Wayne’s Pizza is consistently excellent! Their employees are kind and attentive. They all work so fast and quick. They are very accommodating. They will assist you the whole time you are in their place. After a very long week, my BF treated himself and ordered a 14 inch pan w/black olives, shrimp, garlic, and spinach for delivery. There were giant, mushy, wet, onion-tasting stewed tomatoes all over it. He has been ordering from Wayne's for well over 20 years, so he's always known what to expect when ordering. He was instantly repulsed and couldn't eat it even after removing the mushy, sloppy add-ons.Called to see what could be done. Staff insinuated that he was trying to 'pull something'! They told him to drive the pizza back to them. He was just going to eat the cost, but I wouldn't have it. I drove the pizza back to get a refund. The gal at the counter couldn't have pretended to care less. Sad. Wayne's was a pleasant part of life up until this evening. Never again. Goodbye Wayne's.

New owners dropped the ball; been a customer since they opened. Told them nicely something was off with the sauce/missing, ordered one more time; nothing changed. Will not order from them again. A real shame.

Ordered a 14’ thin crust with sausage, onions and pineapple. It tasted like a nothing, luck of tomato sauce and cheese. I have shared my pizza to co-worker’s and said the same thing. The ceasar salad has nothing to it, just all romaine lettuce, pack of croutons and dressing. Pricey!! Overall, it was terrible.

I AGREE Great Customer Service. I got 'caught' in the no paper in the printer so #84 on Friday night did not print, hence....NO order for me when I went to pick up those 2 pizzas. Friendly staff, offered to immediately replace at no charge. I had to wait the 15 minutes to remake them but very happy with the outcome and the great pizza's we enjoyed! Thanks, no wonder you have been there so long!!

Have been eating here over 50 yrs but sorry to say in the last 10 yrs it is hit and miss to where I'm going to stop ordering as $30 ain't cheap and the Pizza is undercooked one week and over the next. Last Saturday the sausage was so big and chunky it was raw in middle. Now I like sausage but it was disgusting how much was on this Pie. I'M done!

Looks are deceiving! Park in the back and order just inside the delivery door. A group of up to 8 can dine up front. Conveniently located near passenger train with a great view of Arlington Race Park facility (possibly future site of Chicago Bears?) Great food, friendly service, frozen available to take home. I'll be back!

My husbands family are die hard Wayne’s fans. For me, it was the best gluten free crust I’ve ever had!!

Ate in. Pizza was awesome fresh and pippin hot. If you like Mushrooms order a chz Mushrooms Pizza. The shrimp are fresh.

My family orders from Wayne's regularly and we are never disappointed. This is my family's go to pizza place and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We ordered two pizzas, one thin crust spinach, mushroom, and onion, and one thin crust Italian beef with garlic and bbq sauce. Both were excellent!!! Lots of toppings and perfectly cooked.

I have eating at Wayne’s Pizza for 32 years and has always been great. Their pizza is one of the best I’ve had. I always get sausage on it because their sausage is awesome. Service is great too. Had calamari and It was great too!

Best pizza you can get around here. Anytime I'm out here I always get a slice.

First timer. Wow! I’ve been missing some great pizza. Thin crust is fantastic. “I’ll be back”.

So disappointing from start to finish. At first I wanted a spinach pizza? The order taker asked what I wanted on it? I just wanted spinach pizza. He was unsure of what’s on it. So to simplify things I said just give me a medium vegetable pizza double crust. The kids and I waited over an hour and it was so soggy the bottom of the box was wet when the delivery man transferred it to me. Opened it and definitely was not cooked all the way. I assured them to pick up this pizza that we had and make a no brainer cheese pizza. I was so upset and so are my kids and hungry it took them two hours to send over a cheese pizza. I did handover the uncooked pizza. 😞

Love their pizza, wish there were better hours. 9:45 and I can't get a pizza bc they are about to close...
