Normal hotel where you can stay, sleep for a month or months. Bed available, toilet available, air condition is available, hot water usually available, if not can be fixed during few days. In +30 degree, hot water is not essential. Also you can order breakfasts and dinners. Personnel is verry friendly. Washing service is available for free. You can enjoy nature, frogs, hecons, bats, dogs , etc... Is it a luxury place? No. AC without cleaned filters, no mosquitoes nets (take your own body-nets!) toilets can be stinky, only few persons speak english, locks may be very hard to use (first 3-4 weeks), poor ventilation in the rooms, internet may allow you only to chat.

This Hotel is one of the best one in Kilinochchi area. Budget rooms are available. As well as resturant and bar. Less than 3km are far from main junction of Kilinochchi town. Foods also good. One of best place to organize parties and weddings.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Adequate power sockets if you are doing some office work/study while traveling. However, the premise is not maintained. The swing pool is uncleaned. Cannot have food, not even tea/coffee in the mornings. Because there are no nearby restaurants, it is quite inconvenient.

I don't not recommend for anyone. It was a nice place and near by the kilinochchi town. But I feel a very bad customer services and these places are not clean. Even they don’t have a fridge. After 03 Months The owner replied to our review. Yes, their services also like the owner's reply take a too long time. (I'm unable to reply to the review in google that's the reason why I'm updating here)

A very nice homely place, very pleasant staff, and the lady manager was very charming, made sure we were looked after, my 2nd visit, soon will be making a 3rd on the 25th May looking forward to it. The place had been improved.

A nice, simple, and quiet place. Fairly good food and rooms for the price. However, staff service is a bit poor, and the garden and pool are not maintained well.

No blankets were given, wifi was very very weak almost to the point of no wifi even after complaint nothing was done. No floor mat for the washroom stray dogs are around the hotel rooms food was ok. Friendly staff. Far from a “ resort” as promoted and swimming pool was very dirty.

It seems only one hotel in Kilinochchi which is this one. Moderately maintaining the hotel. Food is very taste. Had VIP lunch cost 1800.00. Number of customer relation officers is lack. Pool is there. Good bathroom. Parking lot enough. Around 6 vehicle can be parked at a time. No mutton.

Calm environment, clean room. Very affordable prices. Wonderful service.
