Very good place in Kilinochchi.. Nice environment too.. Friendly staff, but the service can be improved! Nice table arrangement outside the room for having meals.. however, the infrastructure can be maintained better.. found the bed covers and towel dirty.. Bathroom pipes and showers are not maintained properly. Above all too much of mosquitoes, can’t stay outside from the late evening…

Several years back, I have been at this hotel, and was good quality of service and amenities. But now many changes should be happened. All services and amenities should be improved.

This place is the old guest house in the area. Rooms available here for accommodation. Air conditioned and non air conditioned rooms available here. Also restaurant available here for to take food. Food is reasonable in price. Food is tasty. Customer care is good too. Space available here for parking. Wheelchair accessible entrance not available. No wheelchair accessible parking available though.

Interior of the guest house is looking good, rooms are very clean and stationeried very well, parking space available, ironing machine available, Tea and foods available if you ordered in advanced, room service is good, 3 bed room price is 2750 for non A/C, 3500 A/C Waiting for the total bill after tell you the final statement.

I didn't much like it but it's ok because it causes 3000 rupees for a double room per day but it doesn't have free wifi, service is not really good and wash rooms are not in good condition but rooms are in good condition & big enough to stay.

It's a below average place to crash for the night if there is no other option. However cleanliness is an issue. The bed was creaking and the air-conditioning was fixed (couldn't reduce during the night). The WiFi didn't work at all.

The place is good and clean. But 3 stars because it is less transparent when come to charges. We ordered a double room but since there were three beds inside without prior information they charged for triple. Except for the facts like that, it's a fine place to rest and spend the night on your way to jaffna or mulativu.

Perfect place and friendly staff. Rooms are okay. However you cannot use unlimited Wi-Fi. However since it's close to the city people can have a great tour in city and the hotel located in a nice place. Not that noisy and good have a really peaceful time

This the the worst hotel experience I've had. This place use to be good but this time they gave us a terrible service and double charged for the food. We ordered dinner for 2 at around 5.00pm and the staff came 6 times knocking on our door asking us questions about the simple order 4 chapathi rotis with potato Curry and 2 eggs. They finally served the dinner at 9.00pm. It was supposed to be 7.00pm When the bill arrived they have changed twice the amount they told us for the dinner. And they have added more chargers for services and food we didn't get. And a ridiculous service charge too. I would not recommend staying here for anyone
