This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They over charged me an extra day, yet wouldn't let me stay the extra day after I already booked ahead of time. The hotel smelled like cigarettes, weed and sex when we arrived. The blankets had holes in them and there were roaches in the sink area. They also didn't have batteries for the TV remote. The women at the front desk blatantly told us everything would not be in the room because people steal everything and when we arrived two buff scary guys were pacing around the establishment. Lastly, the prices don't reflect the ones on Google. I would give them no stars but Google is forcing me to press at least one.

DO NOT waste your money on this filthy hotel!!! The floors are stained, the rooms are roach infested, someone missed cleanliness 101!!! Also the wifi is terrible! The personnel at the front office accused my son and I of stealing a purse from the front desk!!! Two employees came and banged on my room door in the middle of the night, and demanded that I allow them access into the room to search the room. I immediately contacted the police, and asked them to search the room as I did not feel safe allowing the incompetent employees of this establishment in my room, around my child. I was also told that I would need to leave the premises because the employees wanted me out for trespassing! I then asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds. I asked for the information to contact the owner of the establishment, and the dense employees were not able to provide that information as well. After the police searched my room I was then told I could stay!!! They claim to have cameras and would review the footage. Something that should have been done before accusing a paying customer of stealing. Had the employee been at her post a purse wouldn't have been stolen. She left a note on the front desk stating she would return in 5 minutes. I got locked out my room and went to ask for another key. All this headache is not worth it. Again DO NOT waste your money on this run down, hole in the wall establishment!!!

Absolutely disgusting! ROACHES! They had roaches in the room we stayed in! Carpet looked like crap tore up carpet in different spots in the room. Room service was shameful. They would come pound on your door for room service but if you said that you wanted room service they made you bring your trash to the door and empty it and bring everything to them rather then them doing there job AND coming in to do it for you! The coffee maker never had anything to me coffee and the machine looked filthy! Tv was a dinosaur egg but that wasnt the the problem the problem was that half the tv screen wasn't even working!!! For $60 this is extremely unacceptable!

I stayed at this property for one night and I have to say that the newly remodeled rooms are absolutely beautiful, they are huge suites- apartment like, with fridge, microwave, new AC and high end furniture. The pool was very clean with new trendy outdoor furniture and a grill. A few other guests were hanging out swimming until late and cooking out which was very nice, overall a family feel atmosphere.

The rooms are marvelous. I really enjoyed the "like home" atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious and decorated very up class. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Hands down one of the cleanest hotels in Killeen. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been staying here often on due to my job so therefore I can confidently say that I feel very much at home.The rooms are very spacious, clean, newly remodeled, amazing staff so all around a great stay! True hospitality as the front desk staff went all out to help me by doing my laundry, the cleaning staff was very attentive and cleaned my room every day, the place is quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

I was worried about the reviews but I had already booked on VRBO before seeing them. The hotel is under a LOT of reservations and they're doing the rooms before the outside is complete. The outside shows its older age but the renovated room I stayed in was clean and in good working order except a sink had low pressure. I told Angie about it and she had no problem at all moving me from that room to the room next door so I wouldn't have to wait on their maintenance team. 10/10 I would stay here again simply for the willingness to work with me. I first needed 2 rooms and at checkout I only needed 1. Also, a day before I told her about how I needed to shift the days forward to accommodate for the ever changing military lifestyle. Angie did not mind one bit to adjust and help out any way possible. She showed me an unrevovated room and I can see why previous guests wrote the reviews they did. I can say with certainty that they are trying to change from their previous conditions.

Checking in was good the girl at the counter was nice promptly changed me rooms when TV wasn't working. However when I woke in the morning the roaches were so bad I didn't want to shower I grabbed my stuff and left. The hot breakfast that is advertised in the rooms consisted of grapes and coffee. I informed the desk of the issue and all I got was "thank you" the employee was more concerned about a personal call and a guy waiting outside for her. I will definitely be calling management to receive a refund hopefully they are concerned enough to address the issues.

Wish there was an option for negative stars. We ended up paying the one night due to no refund policy. But stayed at another hotel. The online pictures were extremely inaccurate and deceiving. The poor girl working the desk was very nice, and was only her third night working, understood our reasons for not staying and apologized that we had to pay for a room we didn't stay in. Broken and boarded up windows and doors; smelly and unsettling rooms; creepy and suspect characters walking the parking areas. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

It may be cheap, but go somewhere else. I've stayed in a lot of hotels for 40-60 dollars and this one is rock bottom. We booked two weeks before our stay and when we arrived the lady at the front desk had a hard time finding our reservation. After 20 minutes through phone calls and papers she finally was able to issue our cards. We booked a non smoking but she told us we would have to be in smoking because there wasn't any non smoking available. Okay.. We walk to our room and noticed that there are some rooms that have windows that are broken. We get to our room and open the door and the smell immediately grossed me out. Of course it's smoking so there is some smell but it smells like someone tried to cover the smell with a candle. Just not a good smell. I immediately noticed the stains on the wall. You can tell they don't wipe down anythong. The carpet feels sticky on my feet. I bet they barely wash or vacuum it. You can tell they don't wash the sheets. I found a cigarette carton wrapper IN the sheets as well as black hair. Went to warm up lunch and the microwave doesn't work. Went to grab a pop from the fridge and the fridge doesn't work. Haven't even been here a full 24 hours and debating on going somewhere else and getting a refund. Don't feel safe, the door doesn't lock. The only good thing is the price, but with the lack of comfort, it's not worth it. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra ten dollars a night and book somewhere else.

It wasn't such a great stay. My fiance and I stayed there. Well it was a non smoking room. Though it smelled like smoke?? Also the towles were dirty. They don't have anyone to clean the rooms I guess because everytime we left and came back. Nothing was done. There were roaches all over the place and oh my goodness the carpets were so stained. The internet wifi never worked and our tv didnt have cable. We didn't get it fixed till the next day. Our keys stopped working. My fiance had to go and get them checked the whole time we were there. Also the trash was never taken out from whoever was there before us. It wasn't a great experience at all. Really disappointed. This was suppose to be a great weekend with my fiance and it was not!

Bad service. I had to ask for towels 3 different times. Was told that they did not have any clean one but when they were done drying they would bring us some never showed up then called the lobby and asked got told same thing . Then a hour latter i walked up to the lobby and and the front door was locked they cracked a window to talk to me like I was going to rob them or something. The the key card stopped working. When we came to check in at the check in time was told room was not ready come back in a hour. Employees were very rude. Will never stay there again. No complimentary Soap or shampoo.
