I would never stay here after the way yall treated that veteran. He was in a wheel chair and made a reservation. One he showed up with his service dog, you refused him service and then you refused to refund his money. What a disgrace you are to this country. He should have been awarded more than 5,000.

The evening desk clerk was very rude,and refused to give us a second wash cloth and large towel,so two people had to used the exact same towel. The shower had a hole in the floor,and room door was unsecure, the bed was hard,the blanket had cigarette burns in it,and the room smelled like cigarette butts. When we were confronted with the evening desk clerk's rude attitude, we decided to get a refund and find somewhere else to lodge. Even after we accidentally dropped the one towel in the mud while trying to go back to out room,the desk clerk refused to give us a replacement wash cloth and decided to call the police after we requested our refund. The place is full of drug addicts. There were two sitting in the lobby of the motel tweaking. I would never recommend this place for anyone. It really needs to have a building inspector done in a check it for the violations I saw. DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE.

It's deffinately one of the worse, if not the worse. I stayed for a month, maybe a little longer only because financially I had to. But customer service is bare min. Snacks are overpriced I paid 330 a week for a room the water never turned off in the tub! (yes 24hours a day 7 days a week!) The tv was so old, the box spring and bed frame of the bed were broken and at slant, there is one very small AC only no heat center that don't keep the entire room at any kind of level temperature, and all around it just wasn't worth it at all!! Pool was always gonna open tomorrow or whatever blah blah but there u have it very raw explanation of my stay I guess no one should have asked me lmfao!!!

*WARNING* DO NOT LET THESE PICTURES FOOL YOU! This place is a DIVE! I reserved a room and upon arriving, the door to my room was left open and some dude walks out. Before I even put my bags down I turned around and requested a refund. The girl behind the counter said: "we don't provide refunds." No worries, my credit card company will give me the refund. Go to the other side of the interstate at the Days Inn.... much much much better rooms!

The rooms are dirty and the beds are old and uncomfortable. The furniture is bulky and causes the room to be suffocating. There's little to no floor space because of this. All hours of the night there are loud people walking around outside. Which makes for fitful sleep to say the least. Nothing about this place is clean or comfortable.

Cheap place...The TV didn't work in ours and it was pretty gross. I went on priceline and got for 36 dollars a night and the owner charged me 50 a night due to an "extra" kid. Very small room. The black guy working nights was amazing, the owners....not so much. No refunds whatsoever. Really..it is a 1 night stand kind of place. Not recommended for family.

They have remodeled the insides of the rooms they look nicer and more spacious. Not sure if they've converted them into apartments or if they're still renting them for a day or two. Great location on service Rd of 190 before u reach red lobster and trimmer Rd. Close to shopping and entertainment.

Pretty convenient that they have turned them into apartments where you can pay monthly and a bills are paid.
