This place need to be condemn I wouldn't even let my dog stay there. me and my son Drove for New York and we were tired We went in the room I pull back the sheets and found a bedbug that was it for me I was out of there quick fast. The guy at the front desk said he never heard of any complaints of bug bugs in his hotel and he's going to call his exterminator. but as I read other people's comments one lady said that she saw the roaches and gave her a hard time for a refund. stay far away from this place I won't even drive past there a bedbug might just jump on your car for a ride. I don't even want to leave a store but holes this story I have to give them one star

Management was rude and greedy They didn't explain the policies of the hotel and then proceeded to yell at me about them and charge me cash money instead of credit card because credit card would need to be have been more. Other than that it's okay It's worth the price

A good weekly rate. The staff were nice. I was in the process of locating a longer lease term in Killeen. Motel 7 helped me during my wait on moving in my new place.

This place is definitely not the Taj Mahal, but neither is the price. It's exactly what I was looking for - a nice, cheap motel while my new apartment was being readied for me to move in. It could be updated, but for the price it was a ok with me. The young lady at check in was very nice and the process was smooth. I asked for restaurant recommendations and she gave me several in the area. On my second night there a guy was high drama upstairs but hotel staff took action immediately, that impressed me as I am a single woman traveling alone. I wish the TV worked but other than that, an excellent choice to lay your head. Clean room, great staff, awesome location (near almost everything) and they accept pets!!

Stayed for 7 months. Felt safe and was very comfortable. The owners have done an awesome job of cleaning this place up. If i come back to the area I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful people.

It was 322 a week the rooms are not terrible for price

I didn't stay here. While I was having a phone conversation with my husband in my parked vehicle, prior to going up to their desk, the clerks came out and banged on the window of my car and wanted to know why I was parked there. I was only there 10 minutes.

Booked online and when I got there they wanted to charge me 100 bucks per night and told me that they don't go by what is said online price on any of the booking sites.

TERRIBLE. Never again will I stop in. Bugs in the room. Room smelled of spoiled food. Shower was falling apart . Pulled of the sheets and on the bed were stains all.over the mattress cover

I flushed the toilet one time and it overflowed; so I called for help and was threatened by a group of male owners to leave the premise at once - blamed with no refund. The old AC was noisy and you have to stand on a chair to adjust it. The bed is completely flat wore out in a tiny room.

This place was the 4th hotel I went to along this street. I think it is great for the price. It is clean, the water is hot and there are cameras and bright lights everywhere. The Manager is kind and cares about his guests. I feel comfortable and safe here. The area has a bad reputation and I have been told to "be careful" when I tell people where I am staying but staying here is better than going to another hotel near here with rude, obnoxious owners and weird checkin policies. If you are here for a night or a week check this place out because you get what you pay for and the price is fair. I moved here and for now this feels like home. Kudos to the owners for being so welcoming!

Just visited a friend here but the place was inexpensive and clean so that's a plus

Just had 2 stop for a few hours but was glad we did. Temperature dropped quickly outside and it was very, very windy.

They charged more in person than was advertised. They charged a deposit for a non-smoking room where I am my wife do not smoke yet when they thought we did and put us we're going to put us in a smoking room there was no deposit The place is small dingy well worn. You would think it would be as if they would pay you to stay there.

I went in to inquire about rooms and the guy at check-in wouldn't let me go look at room before paying for night, plus deposit. That should tell you something right there. I left quickly!

I have to keep it real with yall, ok the staff is very friendly, but, in my opinion they need to up grate their whole motel I never stayed there but one of my family did, that's how I got to see the room 😮🤷‍♀️👌

I stayed here 12 months and on my last day, I was threatened by manager. He made it seem like I was trying to live there for free. He said he was going to call the cops on me and give them my license plate info. I always paid my money on time and most times before it was due. The funny part is the check for my rent was sitting in the office collecting dust.
