This restaurant is a MUST TRY. I ordered almost everything in the menu and the package delivered less than 24hrs. I would say 10/10 for everything. Also, the customer service was so amazing. The best Vietnamese Cha Oc in the US!!!!!!!

I heard about this restaurant from my coworker. This was the 1st time that I ordered food from Đoàn Chả Ốc. They provided great customer service, very quick response if you have any questions. The order was delivered overnight from TX to WA. The food was carefully packed. I ordered pork sausage with conch, beef meatball, grilled pork skewers, pork sausage with pork skin, fried sausage, plain raw sausage, sausage shrimp. My husband is a picky eater but after trying the food we ordered from Đoàn Chả Ốc, especially the pork sausage with conch, he would like to order it here again. The food is very delicious. I would recommend Đoàn Chả Ốc to my friends and relatives.

I couldn’t find my previous posting, I’m vegetarian but I buy for my family. I’m in Oregon, so I have them ship to me: sugarcane shrimp, various chả lụa, and many others. More recently, the wontons are a great new addition! Fried tofu too!

Over night shipping so I received my order super fast. Great service. Foods taste great. Will buy more soon. From the time I placed the order until the time I received the order, great communication and no issue. Awesome business.

My family really likes DoanChaOc and buy many time before. I placed an order on Thursday and was able to receive it on Friday morning, but due to a flight cancellation, it arrived late and they sent me another box. Then I received 2 boxes on Saturday morning. I offered to pay more but they refused. Until now, their service has been very friendly, shipped quickly and packaged carefully. Snail rolls, grilled meat... very delicious, suitable for lazy people like me. Will continue to support this shop because of this great service.

If you’re looking for a phenomenal authentic Vietnamese food , look no further than Đoàn Chả Ốc. I’m a picky eater and after trying out several places, now I can firmly say that I’ll shop here again and again:). Chả Ốc is the best but also Chả Huế & Bò lá lốt.. incredible tastes. Very easy to shop with both language , quickly respond if you have any questions, the staff is super nice & friendly and attentive, making the whole order process a true pleasure. The quality is remarkable, it’s well worth the money for their high quality products. I highly recommended.

Doan Cha Oc is very professional in their way of doing business. Overnight shipping helps food fresh. Nice packaging to protect food, no food smell leaking. Taste of food is stable and so good, so Vietnsmese. I love it.
