I’ll start off with the good. Very friendly workers and the place was very clean. But that’s where it ends. This place is not affordable and after my experience last night, they are just out to take your hard earned money. I went in because I felt like I was having symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. I paid the fee since I had no insurance that they took and then they gave me a list of test/exams they would like to do to make sure I was not in fact going through one. It all came up to over a thousand dollars so I spoke to my significant other and we agreed that let’s at-least do the lab work to make sure everything is ok. They came back and said they found blood in my urine so I immediately felt like something was wrong (by the way, in the end it was a trace of blood they found). Long story short, I was too early into my pregnancy for them to find anything. My question for the “doctor” is why was NOT the first question when my last cycle started if you already knew you couldn’t see if it’s an ectopic pregnancy or not. I will not recommend this place. I got no answers last night except for a trace of blood in my urine and it’s too early to tell anything (over a thousand dollars gone for that).

I’ve always had a good experience here but yesterday was different. I went in and I have no insurance so I paid cash to be seen and the guy at the front desk wasn’t friendly and he made me feel weird about the fact I was paying cash and said well it will be more depending on what they do in the back. Then the doctor came in and he didn’t have much of a bedside manner and they wanted to do bloodwork and and iv with antibiotics which is what I needed. The guy up front came back to tell me how much it was all going to be and I told him I couldn’t afford All that but I could afford the iv with antibiotics and he said well I don’t know if he will do just one and not everything but I will go ask him and they ended up doing the iv but not before the guy up front came and got payment first for the iv. It was not a good experience but the nurse was super sweet

I've been to a lot of ER's and this was byfar the best experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, till the follow up call they made the next day. Absolutely impeccable service. The facility was beautiful! I registered online before arriving. There was no wait. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff were kind and the physicians bedside manner was superb. I'm new to Texas but this will definitely be my go to place for emergencies. Thank you so much for turning my sick day into a great day!! - Kristy

Been here twice in the past 5 years. The first time I had COVID and was treated quickly and efficiently. The most recent time was the same compassion and care level. Great staff. Never a long wait. Came in both times overnight and got seen just as I finished paperwork. Going over insurance was insanely easy. I got a few quick tests this time around, a dose of steroids, and was good to go. I’ll always recommend this free-standing ER.

My daughter was presenting fever for 3 days. Third day was high as 105.3 and we ended coming to this place. Very amazing experience. Nurses and doctor were so so nice. They gave medicine and act fast. Tests were completed same day too. Definitely this place is the go for when there is an emergency. Update: I came back with my son that was presenting similar symptoms but nurses and doctor weren’t that nice. I guess this is depending which day you go and good luck you have getting the good people.

The service here was amazing fast prompt, and direct, very professional. ER environment without the ER wait. Treatment was friendly and staff made me feel real comfortable about the visit. The place was well appointed a true 5 Texas Star review.

I came in around midnight, they got me in quickly. Dr Marvel was able to see me within 10 minutes and the staff was great. Definitely recommend if your not wanting to wait at the hospital

Came in at 2am and they were very quick to help me. The nurses were very nice. They were helpful and informative. Dr. Nelson walked me through all my test results.

Everyone here are really nice, the doctor was really tired or just not having a good day but still took good care of my daughter. The office is very pretty and clean. This hospital literally beats all other hospitals in the area. Poor doctor needs a vacation asap.

I went in for pains from an ear infection and sore throat and from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, it was a great experience, the best I’ve had in a medical environment. All of the staff was great, the Dr. Was quick and efficient and they accepted my insurance(Aetna). It was a very pleasant visit. I went in around 8:20pm on a Thursday. I definitely recommend. 5 stars!! I even left with a little goody bag ☺️

My visit with ER Express in Harker Heights Tx. On 3rdbof August 2023. Was one of the most pleasant and comfortable experience I've ever had inside a health care facility. From the friendly welcoming of the the front desk receptionist to both nurses. Zach, and I don't want to get the other nurses name wrong. Never the less saying his care for my well being by no means was any less important. Both nurses were outstanding!!. A great big Kudos to Dr. FreeMyer. You are all outstanding!!!. I wish I could give them more stars. The staff is compassionate and care about their patients. They are so nice and super quick. I would rather be rushed here dying than S&W.

This is the second time I have visited Express ER within 6 months. And both times my experience with them was exceptional. They were attentive, caring, very friendly and quick to respond. I highly recommend Express ER IN Harker Heights.

Very friendly staff. Lobby has refreshments while you wait. Check in process is very fast and easy. They have lollipops and stckers for kids and give you a "goodie" cup as you leave. The only downside is the minimum $225 charge, upfront, for services.

Every person was amazingly nice, extremely professional, and definitely knowledgeable, all around great service, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Have already sung their praises to at least 15 people and will continue to do so, please, if you are in need of medical attention visit Express Emergency Room!
