They do not serve parmesan cheese like all of the other panarottis do... Had a lot of chunks in my bar one milkshake, Service is very very slow, when seated we had to stand up and get our own menues as well... Had to wait an hour just to receive our food 😰

This is the first time I've ever done this but it's ridiculous to expect a 2 year old to wear a mask. During this lockdown I've never seen anything like this and the fact that management supported the waitor is mind blowing. I drove from kuruman to Kimberley for my 2 year Old's birthday to celebrate it with pannorottis legendary dancing cat and that's what I got!

This is the worst branch. No cheese very slow kitchen and a waiter thats not in the mood for work. Ive seen beter branches

Not a very pleasant experience - we would not return or encourage our friends, family or colleagues to go to this establishment. Our table was so sticky after is was "cleaned" that we resorted to wiping it down outself again. I would've asked our waitress.. but for an hour after plopping down our drink order and taking our food order we didn't see her again at our table. Hungry, thirsty and neglected to the point of leaving we finally got our food after a good hour. At least that was in the vicinity of Panarotti standard. Again, just plopped down, no asking if we needed anything else. I shared the rest my drink with my husband because our waitress was gone so fast we couldn't beg for a refill on his drink. Not the best Panarotti experience. I'd rather go stand in a queue at home affairs. Would've been cleaner, less noisy, less flies and I would've been just as thirsty, hungry and irritated after leaving. And at least there I would've eventually gotten service.

Floors and table's are extremely dirty. Food not up to standard. Waiters are fast and professional. I'm a bit disappointed that this panarottis standard has fallen so much sins last year this time.

Recently went there, and was do disgusted, we left before we even ordered our food! We sat right behind the kitchen, and just after our coffee arrived, one of the Employees left this horrible, huge, loud, vulger SNEEZE in the kitchen, so loud, Im sure the whole restaurant heard it! Immediately, we felt so disgusted, we got up and left, and went to the restaurant right across. None of the kitchen personel are wearing masks! Isn't there ANY health and Higiene regulations in your kitchen? If that person did sneeze into their hand (which i doubt he/she did by the sound of it), did they even go wash their hands before working with the food? I doubt I will be setting foot there again, unless I want someone sneezing over my food! this is a very disgusting restaurant!

Looks like a new manager at the place. He walked us to our seats to rather sanitize by our table and walked of without taking our order. Waited for service, eventually realized we aren't getting any service. So walked out and went to milky lane rather. Our usual stop during the day use to be panarottis for milkshake and now we go to milky lane.

The food is really good. The staff can't provide you with change when paying cash and you have to wait for the manager, which feels a bit like a manipulative tip. They also don't answer the phone.

The food was average, ordered the saucy chicken and mushroom pizza abit to dry, not really saucey how it suppose to be. Taste was ok but could really improve. Pasta was very nice. Good service though.

Thanks to loadshedding we had supper at Panarottis. The new triple cheese, caramelized onions and rib pizza was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, sorry forgot her name, was super friendly and efficient.
