Mochachos North Cape Mall Kimberley you sold me an extremely hard full chicken. From the taste I could tell the chicken was not fresh and overly spiced as cover up. Shame on you

We waited for over an hour for our food and when we got the food it was cold and the burger buns were soggy.

The best because it halaal and the employees are very friendly 👌 recommend

they were supposed to deliver my food at 15:25 and I was waiting till 16:30 while I had to drink my meds I even cooked pasta and it didn't come and the food even sucked the chicken was dry and most likely rotten

Stopped as a traveller. It is easily accessible from the free open parking area. Burger was tasty. Chips were average. I have tasted better chips from other Mochachos before. Halaal oath by the muslim owner. Small seating area with wash hand basin.

It's been 2 days that I've been waiting 2x Mexican Rice that I ordered, paid for and did NOT receive even though Felicia from the branch phoned to apologize for mixing up my order and promising me to resolve the issue. I'm now +400Km away from Kimberly, so how do you plan of fixing this?? I want my money back for BOTH Mexican Rice that I ordered and instead received Mexican Rice with chicken which we couldn't eat because we don't eat meat.

Not too bad i Guess, Not much expectation as it is a franchise, must say a little dissapointed in the waiting time for a take away and the face that no sauce was on my burger and the chips lacked spice.

Food was tasty. The wait was approximately 40 mins 4 burger meals. Definitely need air conditioning in the eating area

Had a bad experience prior to covid but am in Kimberly for work and visited this place again with my doubts but my colleague said things are better now and I ordered half chicken and chips..Boy!!! Did I enjoy this..whoever took over this place..thanks for my experience yesterday and will definitely come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Generous portions, I can't finish the chips with their massive fresh delicious Shwarma's.

Mochachos provides great platters containing a good variety of well prepared delectable eats. However the onsite visit could not provide what I wanted to order.

Service is always lacking, food isn't always prepared well. No serviertes given
