Nice service, nice food. I had the chicken schnitzel with cheese sauce and prawn topping, and it was actually very tasty, it just needed to drain a bit more after cooking as there was a little too much oil on the plate. The vanilla milkshake was awesome. So yes a nice, if typical Spur experience. Good value.

I am in Kimberly from the 11/09/23 up to now. We having lunch and dinner at Mohawk Spur. A waiter called Monique served us 3 times now. I just want to say that her way of serving her customers is outstanding, friendly, calm, showing respect to her customers, can make a joke and the inportant think of all is, she didn't messed up our order. We got what we asked for. Wel done Monique 💪💪

Half chicken below expectation. Table area not 100% clean.But the rest ok. I raised it and management + waitron handled it courteously. To be fair it was the end of a busy sunday. Staff was very friendly.

Couldn't order a cuppachino as theee wasn't water! Snitzels were chewy, over cooked and definitely reheated. Service was very slow and bathrooms were also out of order. Very disappointing

This is a spur that will probably never see me again, first time I was there was seated almost 20mins and a waiter still hasn't taken our order and we got up and left 2nd time I ordered via the uber eats up got half portions instead of full portions I paid for

My previous review was one star, but the feedback from the manager was much to my liking and I saw a improvement on their service. Great manager, knows the importance of communication between customers. Just continue working on the efficiency of your service. There r known and creative ways how this can be done. I don't want to wait more than an hour for my food. Thank you

It was room service and not the best I've eaten at any Spur before . The food was very dry and not tasty at all . Update after 3 months: I went there a couple times more for dine in and it has only been the best I've received at any Spur franchise before. The food was very succulent, tasty and we'll prepared. Haven't had any problem with the service I've received so that too has been good. Keep it up.

Waited for the food for and hour and 30 minutes eventually got hungry very tiring to wait for food for so long and it was a very simple meal nothing complicated and kept on being told for the food to come

We were seated and drinks were ordered. Took quite a long time to serve us our three drinks. There was a slight mess on the table and asked two waitresses to clean it up but they never did. Food was ordered and delivered and that was the last we saw of the waitress. Never received a bill and then went to foyer to pay. Poor service indeed.

Had to wait by the door for about 5 minutes without no one attending to us, we had to ask a waiter for a table for to wait for food for more than 30 minutes, had to remind the waiter about our ordered drinks...

We had an awful experience with the service delivery. We almost waited 2hours for our food and when some of it arrived it was ice cold. When the adult's food came, they only came to inform us that they don't have the children's food in stock, after they also did not have the combo in stock anymore. The children had to wait an hour for their drinks, after we asked for it twice. They did not bring out all of the food and we suddendly had to wait for the chips and onion rings. We rather asked for the cheque, as the children was so hungery and overtired for waiting so long. So we left without having our food.

Guys the wings looked like they came from some buffalo sized chicken, and they did not taste like chicken. The ribs? Awful rather order their burger. The hot veg was made to perfection. Angelique the waitress was a Superstar with her service.

Resturant is big enough but the parking from this place is extreme sport!!!!yoh!!!!!Not yet sure about their buffalo wings..maybe should give them last taste before i revew them properly.

Made an over the phone order at 17:10pm, it's 17:55 we are still sitting here waiting for the order, the lady at the front desk keeps on saying it's coming. While I'm busy with the payment she ignores me and attends to the other clients I found that rude. Finish with one client and go to the next one. Not happy at all with your services today. Oh when we got in one gentleman said his going to check up on our order since he left no update nothing. Never coming back here.

The stuff was horrible, we were booked in the hotel and the restaurant supplies the food. Our colleague eats plant based food, he was explaining himself every day, asking the same food for 3 days. The attitude of the stuff, didn’t ask our preference, they just gave us whatever they felt like it.

Was hoping to have a good meal and relax at the Spur, Garden Court after a long drive from Springbok to Kimberley. I asked the manager, Joanna to please call my waiter as the waffle that I ordered was over cooked to a crisp, she looked at me and said "what" and just walked away. Very disappointed with the attitude and how extremely rude and pathetic she behaved.

We ordered veggie schnitzels. The waitress later told us that they do not have enough veggie schnitzels to make 2 full portions and that 1 person will only have half a portion. When we paid for our meal we had to pay full price for half a portion.

No smoking section. Dirty glasses and a very below average experience.

Mohawk spur has really lost its touch. The waffle I had was extremely stiff and the virgin strawberry daiquiri tasted like very bad koolaid. It clear they have become money oriented and drifted from the family restaurant it always was.
