Thank you steers team we needed food for the raid and you were there to provide the services. Our food was on time and well prepared. The helping stuff was amazing, quick and friendly. Burgers were delicious. Coffee was cheap and absolutely to die for service was excellent

I just ordered king steers burger and only received chips. I was there with city to city bus at 22:10

A waste of time, money and frankly effort if they don't won't to come to work they should have just stayed home a complete an utter failure at everything from delivering on time to quality they are just terrible 2 king steers burgers with coffee took 20min in a bus pit stop area seriously Nd I only got 1 coffee instead of 2 but they took the money claiming a 2min waiting period crooks

Arrived here 12:30 on a Tuesday, for lunch and was informed that there are no chips.

30 mins waiting time instead of the 9 mins proclaimed on the board. After 10 min it said my order was ready but it took a further 20 mins to finish.

Just received the worst service ever at Steers Shell garage Kimberley. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese breakfast bun and received a bun with ONLY A EGG AND SAUCE, NO BACON NO CHEESE. Already to far to go back. I do not understand how this happened, very bad service.

On our 2-week biketrip, this was the worst breakfast we had. Amazingly bad.

Good and timely service

Disappointed, food was slow coming out... Almost 20 minutes and then the order was wrong, as I ordered extra cheese on all which was omitted. To top it the burgers were all cold.... Really avoid this Steers if you can.... It was not even busy!!

Very slow service and got the order wrong. Food was good. Take away only, dont bother sitting down, very frustrating.

Good friendly fast service

This is your typical Steers, except for that the Shell garage it is situated in offers extra convenience with restrooms and a few animals to look at while eating outside. The food is great as usual. I just wish that all the chain restaurants in this catagoty will reduce their prices. Fast food just got ridiculously expensive.

Everything except the chips were cold. We had to ask for cutlery several minutes after the food came. We were the only people in the restaurant and asked the waitress to switch off the aircon as it was set very cold. The aircon wasn't switched off. The video's showing was definitely not suitable for a family restaurant, more night club material. I'm glad my kids were not with me. The coffee was just as bad. Only took a few sips and disposed of the rest.

Just don't waste your time

Poor service received today. Staff friendly but not that eager to assist! Order got messed up totally. Tables were dirty and had to eventually clean it myself.
