As a loyal customer I'm disappointed by my recent experience. I made an online order and upon arrival I was told the payment machine wasn't working and had to look for an atm that was also having problems. To top it all my chicken pizza has almost zero chicken in them. I doubt I'll be using your service again after years of loyalty.

Was pretty busy at the time, but still got my pizza fairly quick. Friendly service. Roman's may not be any "gourmet" cooking, but they are consistent in their quality. Will keep coming back

Friendly patiently explaining diffence between pizzas especially if you forgot your reading glasses at home and cant see on the menu. Also advice you on the specials they are having. Very nicd front end staff

Terrible online order service. Ordered online at 16h30, received an sms that they confirmed my order and it would be Ready in 35 minutes. Went to collect it at the store 17h15. They never received my order. Had to order all over again and waited another half hour. Very dissatisfied with the service. 😠👎🏻

Love your pizza, especially Tangy Russian one. On your website it says open at 10:30; however on your shop it says open at 11:00. That's confusing!

My boyfriend ordered a Fetaroni pizza with extra feta, extra chillies and extra olives. He received a pizza with only the olives added as an extra. The pizza is supposed to come with feta and chilli but not even that was added and blobs of garlic was thrown over. He didn't get a chance to check it at the store and only found out about it when he got home. He was not happy - check your pizza before you leave.

Wrong order 3rd time running. Ask for beef pie, slip and package shows beef. 1st order received Ham 2nd Chicken 3rd Ham again. As we stay on a farm, we cannot just drive into town for exchange. Phoned we were told to check order before we leave. So I ask how must we check order if it is the correct pie? Sorry from a 5 star to 1 star and one less customer
