Last night I received very poor quality food. I returned it and demanded my money back. The manager on duty offered to my me fresh food with fresh letters as the ones I received were turning brown. Fact is if they wanted to give my fresh letters they would have done so in the first place. This is the last time that I support KFC Monument Heights.

This morning, Saturday 11 November 2023, we stopped to buy 12 thighs and drumsticks, we were told that we had to wait in the parking zone because there weren't any drumsticks and only one thigh!!!!!! What a laugh? Who is in charge of ordering the stock? A business can surely not be run like this! We got our money back and drove off with only a coffee and a milkshake......

The service I received was amazing. The staff was very polite and energetic.. The food was good and the best tasting KFC I've ever had. I had to take a picture before I finished all the food 🔥🔥🔥 . All the staff at KFC Monument Heights deserve a raise 💯

Like all KFC's in Kimberley (and probably South Africa), the service level of this KFC has taken a dive. Unfriendly staff, inexperienced staff, broken cold drink and coffee machines, promotional items not available, and sometimes normal menu items are not available. This KFC is the best in Kimberley, but that is not saying much.

I ordered delivery on the app and then I waited about an hour when they said 20 minutes on the app. I decided to call them they told me that there is not any order. The amount went off my account and I received a receipt on the app. I went to the KFC and received it myself after I had paid delivery fee and a tip for the delivery and they said it is my loss because they did not find my order on their system. I am very disappointed in their delivering service.

Poor service. Rude ar drive thru. Order a R49.90 meal when i pay it was R60.90. POOR SERVICE. WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.

This is a take-away it means that you take your food away, and atmosphere might be a bit unfair. We did visit the KFC towards month end and the flow through the drive through was not great. The food was KFC and hot and the service good.

Kentucky always seems to maintain a good standard.Food is uniformly good.Price is always competitive.The staff are happy and friendly with great teamwork and laughter.Keep up the good work.

Food is not always they same. I hate it when I go thru drive thru and they tell me I mist go wait for my food in parking. They need to learn to be more polite and friendliness

Beggers outside the door follow you to your car. I felt a bit unsafe, no security and it was dark already.

Did the drive through but waited a looong time! Odd because it was 9pm and everything seemed quiet. Food was average.

This must be the slowest and most disorganised KFC in the country. Our order took about 30min for a family of four. The chicken was ready but no one tended to the 2 drink orders even after I brought it to their attention. No apology for the lack of ice or ingredients after payment was made. We were also told that we may not use the bathroom even though no reason could be given. A horrible experience. I would give this one a skip.

This KFC is always the standard by which I expect service at every KFC. Food is always well presented and even when using the drive-thru, nothing is messy in the bags or the cup holders. Keep up the good work😀

I bought 8 street wise 3 with pap and drove to Prieska. When I opened them they were all streetwise 2

Quite possibly the slowest "fast-food" place there is. On a weekday, during non-peek times, it takes more than 30 minutes using the drive-through. Has happened on more than one occasion now.

Had a few problems in the last while but atleast they sorted it out everytime

1) Drive thru causes an annoying & uncontrolled traffic for both KFC as well as Monument Shoppers. 2) I do not like to be harassed with bo ma "add hope"🙄
