Exelent service every time I visit the office. Friendly staff that help, as if you are the only costumer. Even the after sales service was more than I expected. I am with Spec-Savers for more than 18 years and never had a bad experience with any branch. Thank you so much for your help and assistance every time!

The optometrist was amazing super proffesional and friendly would highly recommend her. The admin staff on the other hand were extremely dismissive from the minute I arrived even though I phoned to make an appointment they were much too involved with themselves instead of the clients. My glasses were done they didn't inform me I passed by on one of the days and tried my luck. The receipt for my glasses was just a round amount on a paper no line items to see what I'm paying for or whether the special offer was actually deducted - which has never happened to me at a Specsavers before. When I asked to take a picture of my prescription because I live abroad I might need it these break whilst I'm away the receptionist bluntly told me it remains the property of Specsavers. But the absolute WORST was the receptionists humiliating a lady by telling the whole store that she doesn't exist on the medical aid she gave them literally +7 people heard as well as the judgemental attitude they gave her that is so not proffesional regardless of the situation not shout it from the counter to the waiting area on the opposite side of the store. Hopefully this store has camera's so the management can follow up it would be a terrible shame if an excellent optometrist loses business due to the admin staff being too self involved. On the bright side my glasses are perfect!

I've been a patient of Spec-Savers Kimberley for years till I moved to Johannesburg. Thereafter I still went back to Ursula for tests. Great service and good offerings.
