Staff was not too friendly. When I asked if they do debit orders she answered me "no because you people go and reverse the debit orders so no". She did not greet. She was just angry. There was also no one to assist with sizes. Everyone just seemed angry for no reason.

Product Knowledgeable staff. Great, friendly and fantastic service.

Visited Jet in Kimberley after many years. Did not know they are part of TFG now. Anyways, they had items on sale and their prices were very reasonable. Was quite a nice experience after all these years 🙂

I woul like to understand JET policy about people with disability if they visit their store

The row to pay was very long, and it seems like it didn't bother the ladies (ONLY3)behind the counter! When it's busy make sure you attend to the customers as quickly as possible!!!!

Couldn't find any underwear for boys 4-5 till 8-10.

The service was quick and easy and they are following covid 19 regulations to the latter

Their floor staff is not visible enough to ask for assistance, the Clothes/Merchandise is not packed or hanged up to standard. I struggled to find sizes and their hangers r wayyyy to high to reach. Had to walk out to another store to find what I was looking for.

I love it, I've got everything I was looking for.

Very nice store friendly staff wanted the mobicel that was on special they didn't even knew about it but phoned around to find out for me I liked that they tried the curtain dept could use a bit of price variety as I fount it too expensive for the quality and oh I love the jet little star section coul also do with a bit more baby goodies but nice overall experience

The shop is really crowded and getting to the cashier means go right to the back of the shop
