worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced,
since
I
paid
for
a
tombstone
in
2018
it
has
not
been
erected
to
date.
I
contacted
Lategan
2020
to
enquire
why
it
has
not
been
erected
and
had
no
explanation
of
why,
instead
they
asked
why
did
it
take
me
so
long
to
asked
if
they
have
erected
the
tombstone.
This
year
in
January
I
called
and
asked
if
they
have
erected
and
still
nothing....
I
asked
if
they
have
the
tombstone
and
if
they
can
please
erect
it,
I
was
told
that
I
should
pay
for
municipal
charges
that
has
gone
up,
I
which
I
had
paid
for
everything
in
full
and
cash
in
2018.
It
has
been
very
heavy
on
me
since
family
members
knew
I
had
paid
for
tombstone
and
been
asking
why
has
it
not
been
erected
since
2018
till
now.
