Great Service, clean and affordable.

Order: Brian2130823 14.08.2022 I have been supporting my local KFC for the past year and have always received friendly, good service and products. I usually do a Q-skip order online so I can just stop and collect. When I placed the order online I noticed that allot of options were greyed out. Gave the impression stocks were low because of customer volumes. Anyway, I place an order online for 10 piece family feast. Arrived on time, but had to wait 20 min for my Q-skip order. Arrived home, the chicken pieces were dark brown, extremely oily and the meat was grey. This was re-fried old chicken, the coleslaw had a smell, was bitter and extremely dry. No salad sauce at all. After a hard day's work, this meal was extremely disappointing and way below the usual service and trade ethics I was accustomed to. The only fresh product was the chips. :( The quality of this order has left a foul taste in my mouth. Regards, Brian

The place has lovely staff, but you always wait for your orders even when using Drive - Through. The parking is always full hence they don't have capacity to accommodate all motorists when going to buy there. And the reason for the full capacity parking is due to the slow service. I drive past the place on a daily and even if I wanted to go in, I decide to pass. Management please look into the speed of Service. Thank you

OK at night when going through the drive thru there is a person standing outside the window taking your order than you still have to wait like 20 minutes to get your food they give you old chicken in the morning you can taste the old oil the service is horrible it's the worst KFC in Kimberly sometimes there card machine doesn't work in the morning you wait 10 minutes for coffee because the machine must clean even though it is 8 and they have been open since 7 I have so much complaints about this KFC I can go on and on do better treat customers right we don't spend money on our food to be treated like our services don't matter

Slow service experienced. Order confusion as my order was given to the customer infront of me in the drive through, fortunately I confirmed the order before taking possession, and it was corrected but with a delay.

Don't know why, but I don't get my order at the collect window. They might be busy fooling their system to get the waiting times on the drive tru down

Old chips and oversweet milkshakes. Coke was flat and without any ice. Drive through not functional - had to wait for food. Wouldn’t recommend

You must always look at what you order they will sell a 21 piece or bucket and you will not get 21 pieces but 14 pieces if you are lucky

Bro the service lapha is amazing. Friendly staff and it's soo chilled unlike most KFC franchises because it's less packed. The food omg, soooo good all the time. it's definitely "finger licking good",lol.🥰❤️

5 Star Service from Martin and the team at this KFC. Our order via the app was not allocated by the system but Martin went out of his way to rectify our pending order and deliver our food in record time. Thank you very much for the customer service which we received. warm regards

Not pleased with service. I have been to this KFC multiple times, and have never felt respected by any of the staff members I have been helped by. Tonight we ordered 3 zinger nugget box with cup cokes. Only to receive 2/3 half done burgers, 1 box with only 3 nuggets instead of 4 and a box with no chips. we were told to wait in the parking lot for our food, only for it to be basically thrown into the car a good 15 minutes later. Very disappointed in the service.

Multiple times i have visited this kfc, and agian and again i am displeased some of the staff try very hard to di there best but the food is distasteful and old and prepared very bad if this is the standard for a new kfc, well maybe kfc is done…

We got in Kimberly 21h00 check in guest house ,drove to KFC for dinner we got take away as we were tired from long driving..Capetown heading to Kraaipan .Excellent service that we received from your staff .

Can't even get 3 things right that I ordered.only received 2 things on the order.we are the only people there and still you can't collect your food at the collection window..pathetic!!!!

I've been greatly disrespected and treated as though I am non existent. I waited for several minutes to place an order while the staff member were having a conversation. The food is absolutely ridiculous and it's honestly embarrassing

Rude person who took the order , wait a long time for the order !! If it happened the first time it would not have been a problem but this is the 4th time. The owner must look at this problem and take action.

Zabelo was tonight vary helpfull out of all the Kfc's Kimberley this 1 defintley needs a A grading service, as i am my self are 11 years in this hospitality industry. Well done boet this is not done easly.
