Bought a smart tv & had to return it one day later as tv had black line on it the guy in the tv department that helped me is definitely the friendliest in the shop and the most helpfull he swoped the tv for a new one quickly and friendly you need to consider making him manager as the rest of the staff and managers are rude,unfriendly,arrogant & definitely not well trained thank you Lethogonolo Merementsi you made it easy

Advice, if you buy tools, open the box and check there. I bought a refrigerator, and when I opened it at home, it had scratches and broken pieces. I spoke to them and texted them without an answer. The workers are not nice. I will never put my feet there.,😡🫤

The worst staff I have ever encountered in any store. Took almost 90 minutes to purchase a notebook and a smart TV. Staff standing around in groups chatting and ignoring customers. Eventually a Tevo merchandiser fetched a person who assisted half heartedly. I will think twice before I go there again.

Staff unfriendly and dont want to assist in large appliances section. No stock available on adverise items. He didnt even ask if he can order the items for us.

4 stars for the place itself. My fiancé and I almost got robbed at the gate. And in the morning a guy who was also checked in here, said his car was smashed into, while he was sleeping in the lodge. Just a heads up, be safe here

It's a convenient store where you can find a variety of things you may need. From good to kitchen appliances to kids toys... The list goes on. The only problem is the wait at the tills because there's normally one or two cashiers.

10 till points.. Only 2 are operating at a frustrating slow speed..Even over the festive shopping madness. Trolleys are blocking the path. The manager is just there to be there , otherwise no reason.

I'm very disappointed 7 ladies were sitting at the tills I went to the first open one she sent me to the one next to her this lady sent me to the one next to her at the fourth till I was was helped as I turn around 5 of the 7 was sitting not working. I will never buy from game again. As I can not submit before giving a star above this star is not my experience today.
