Not Recommended for Muslim, they have not halal certified from SA Muslim community although they claimed for using halal Chiken and spices . We shouldn’t compromise on this Matter if they are not bother it’s to provide a service to Muslim community of Kimberley..

The food and service was awesome,the disappointing part was when the employees were making a loud noise that disturbs us.They were sitting just next to the kitchen door.We also had to wait longer because there was only two waiters available while others were on lunch and there was too much pressure for the waiters and frustration for the customer.

Your online ordering system is very useless. I've had two experiences whereby I order online and I had to wait for my food. What's the point of implementing an online ordering system but still have customers wait for their orders. I ordered online because I did not want to sit and wait for the food. Improve on that!!!!!!!!

They always render great service, however there's only 1 Nandos in the whole of Kimberley. Not a nice experience not having at least another one that one can drive to for a change of scenery

Made an order had to wait for over 30 minutes for my food because they forgot my order and I specified that my chicken should be well done but it still came out with blood.

I ordered a boujee bowl and churros via Mr Delivery and a whole new world has opened up. This is the best tasting healthy meal I've had in a long time. And the toppings were more than the rice. The churros were fresh and piping hot. Exceptional.

Had lunch with the family after a morning in the malls. Nice crowd and atmosphere. The pub caters broadcasts of big sports events via big screen viewing. Service was good and the baskets we ordered were tasty. I have to comment on price of drinks and food as I was really surprised to notice that it was not very expensive. Really reasonable. All in the pub seemed to enjoy the time spend. This is a "Kid friendly zone" during daytime.

Cosy atmosphere whether outside in the garden or inside the pub. Very efficient staff who are on the ball, and the food was really, really good. I love the fact that there is secure parking with guards on duty. I didn't enjoy the fact that smoking was allowed in the bar, but I am biased in this regard. All in all a great experience.

It was bad if it is not a wrong order they don't give you your full order. They were not busy today so I didn't expect they will cheat me again on my order. I always order full Chicken And then ask them to cut it but today I ask them not to cut the Chicken, but they didn't gave me my second chips only got one which is unfair, what I discover is that when it is takeaway you don't get the your full order. Sometimes I just give them stars but I decided to speak today I not going to buy any more at Nandos you can't make same mistakes every time we are spending money to buy and also supporting the company I not going to do it anymore I will spend my money elsewhere. I didn't check my order because before I left she told what I ordered so I left. I Thought if I told them not to cut Chicken I won't have a problem with other things to my surprise they did it again.The problem is the staff who are doing the order. I think they deserve that one star.

We ordered take away from Nandos through Mr Delivery. I ordered a Chicken Pita and my husband ordered a Carnival Chicken Pita. My husband's Pita was perfect and look delicious, but mine had no Chicken inside. So it haf relish and sauce inside but no Chicken. I called them and logged a complaint. According to them the misunderstanding would have been sorted asap. I'm still waiting for my Chicken Pita. The manager asked when I will be ordering from Nandos again. My answer: Never again

Hey! I'm totally disappointed about Nando's in Kimberley. We went there with the three of us after the Meerkat Kimberley Marathon on the 14th May 2022. We ordered Full chicken,Grande Salad,Greek Salad,Spicy Wedges,4Garlic Rolls &3Cokes take aways.Unfortunately when we left the till we did not check if the order we placed was correct because we were in a hurry. Then on our way back to Bloem we decided to stop and have our lunch when we took out food only to find that 3Cokes&Grande Salad was not included in the order. Pity I misplaced the receipt. I'm not happy at all.😢 Next time I think I should double my order before I leave

I bit of justice to what a customer need will be appreciated gor a takeaway. The need for extra sauce for the chicken to stay juicy is all u ask after a long day, but dololo when u get to your place.

Kimberley branch not good at all. Lodged a complaint on the 24th of August already. Portion size disgraceful, paid R102 for a half.a chicken, only got a little more than a quarter size chickens worth. Thapelo phoned me and apologized about the issue and said he will take it up with supplier, no replacement of my meal. Not the first time I've been done in, other times it was not complete meals, etc. Being a diabetic Nandos is the only take away I do. I stay outside the outskirts, so it makes it very inconvenient when I get home and my meal is either incomplete or incorrect( previously the staff forgot to add my side, on another occasion they added incorrect side. ]

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is also clean and well kept.

The place is a bit hidden from the main shopping centres but easy to locate if you a familiar with the CBD. The food was not that great given that what I ordered did not have enough lemon herb sauce and had to improvise when I got home. The bun was also not that fresh. I will update this on my next visit

The employees don't care about customers' orders. If you buy chicken portion and request extra sauce, they fight you when you ask if it was attended to. They don't care to check, they lie about it and you only realize when you get home that your order is not as you requested

The food orders takes 2 hours to complete. There always don't have certain items on the menu.

I ordered salad, and it was like i ordered 2 chicken and sides. The lady who took my order was friendly and hands-on, only to be stifled by the lady running the orders. They even had a misunderstanding because the lady running the orders assumed she wanted to help me without due process. She had to show her my order was on the monitor. After that, it seemed like she deliberately made me wait. Won't see me again. If it is not this, it's them butchering the chicken pieces.

Like most restaurants they do struggle when it's busy. Less staff and supply chain interruptions etc. Apart from that the food is always fresh prepared and tasty. Service with a smile comes standard. Nice work nandos kimberley!

I don’t know whether the staff are just not active listeners. 3 encounters with them where I had to reiterate what I wanted and still the order I will be incorrect to a point where I check my order before leaving so they can correct while I’m there.
