Loved the food at the pub and grill today but I was very angered by the fact that waiters are not receiving their tips AT ALL since opening after the pandemic. Directors and Management are receiving full salaries whilst waiters aren't given the tips we pay to them if we pay via POS. Very unhappy with management because the wait staff is professional and friendly despite their financial struggles. Do better Flamingo Casino/Sun International. This is completely unacceptable!!!

I didn't go inside but the building looked good. Just parked here to go for a walk to try go look at the flamingos at the dam nearby. Unfortunately we didn't see any from where we were.

I'm not much of a gambler, so I never tried my luck, and I was there to attend a conference, but the place was buzzing. People seemed to be enjoying themselves gambling. I'm not sure if its the only Casino in town, but the place was packed, and I guess its the place to be in Kimberley if one wants to try their luck

I had a great experience visiting the casino! The staff was friendly! There is a restaurant inside the casino where I had a great piece of meat!

A very small casino... with one restuarant. There was nothing of interest besides gambling. The food at the restaurant was fair. A disappointing experience.

As per usual.....When Keith is on duty the service is excellent! However, it would be advisable for floor staff to move between the smoking and non-smoking areas because patrons have to go in search of staff to reset machines.

It was pathetic. I am so sorry i went to the casino to play the slots. Flamingo is ten times worse than Carnival City in Gauteng. I would not recommend anyone to gamble at Flamingo Casino or Carnival City. They are so pathetic the machines are set to just take and not give anything. Not a pleasant experience....prefer to stay home....i am rating both these places minus 1...for super pathec.

Poor service

Everything together makes this place good but the restaurant was not worth the price , my steak was overcooked with no seasoning and the service was slow but all in all great place , there's a restaurant , casino , candy story and 129 club / bar . If you go and do everything it's definitely worth it 👏

The 4 stars are mostly due to the front desk lady by the name Mapaseka. She is very warm and welcoming. The food was great too although the service could have been faster. The conference delegates made so much noise during their lunch but that's not in anyone's control.

If i could give a half star i would im seriously unsatisfied with the food they kept messing up ouer orders and it's not even busy I really not happy with the food it's cold when i got it and the hold table gotten what they ordered and im still waiting for my ordered.

Haven't been there in a few months, had money on our cards and it's gone.. They gave us a call and apologised. We were treated to a delicious meal at their restaurant 😋

The restaurant that don’t have staff welcoming customers 🤔! I had to look for a place and also ask for a waiter as if I was in a spaza shop! They only notice customers that come as a bunch. So unprofessional. Kimberly

It's very bad I lost R2150 the machines are programed 95 % win for the house and 5% for the partners. You must do something about that.

Went to the restaurant. Took over an hour to be served food. Service was terrible. Had to go to the kitchen to find what was happening with our order. Quality of the food was irrelevant by the time we received it.
