Just brought tis burger and it has worms on it. Then they also took 30 min to give back my money. The perons whom helped us also did not even talk to uss took the burger away and did not say a word.

Again i try this Mc Donalds and low and behold…. Most useless seriously think just close the place down!

What is going on with this branch? Is the Manager or Owner not aware that people have been complaining about the service and quality for months? This burger costed R120.00. Totally dry and pathetic. After working an entire day on site my boyfriend literally just wanted to eat something worth that amount of money spent and this is what this branch served him. Word of advice to all customers, take your hard earned money and go to another branch!

Always gets the order wrong. 5 times in a row. Basically placing extra orders and nog getting them but have to pay like R20 a patty you never get. After the last experience i decided to never again buy Mac D anywhere. They are overpriced and under delivered. Sad because i use to work at mac D back in the day and it has gone down!

Waited for 20 min for coffee never got it and left. But paid for it. If you don't use drive-thru no service.

They put less burgers in than what you ordered....then has the nerve to say it's correct till they check it. This happened to more than 1 customer ...without even offering a decent excuse.

This is how I received one of my meals this morning. Your staff really need to work on serving quality and presentable food. We pay for it, we are not getting it for free.

Always great going to McDonald's. Their service is super fast and the orders are always on point. Friendly staff and very positive atmosphere

There isn't one time I received my take out immediately at the drive thru. ALWAYS will you please park and then its takes more than 20mins to get the food.

So grateful they have removed the suspicious people who harass you at the drive thru/even waiting for sidecurb pick up is a pleasure as you don't get consistently bothered. Thanks

It was a good experience because it was my first time buying a sharing with friends, the waiter was such a good guy he kept on asking if we needed help

Look, the food is not the issue. The service is. I have been to this particular outlet 3 times this past month, and each time had the same experience - I waited at least 15 minutes for a very simple and basic order. Definitely not FAST food. POOR service!!!

The food is fine What I have a problem with is the fact that they don’t bother to call the customers to ask to substitute for something else when they’re out of stock. I hate it when I order one thing but because of their poor planning they give you an incorrect order!

The service was so good the Waiter assisted with out being irritated. She was lovely and the whole team was so positive 💙

Ordered here twice, once for breakfast sit down and then drive through. Both occasions, staff were friendly and helpful, and service was quick.

I never have all my food... I only realize it when I'm home... so I don't go back for the toy or drink or chips.

Quick service and efficient drive through , however bought a few of the breakfast meals and the hasbrowns were terrible . They were either completely overcooked or old ...basically like biscuits .. rest was ok.

Very nice McDonald's, like it a lot. Would recommend it any time. It just gets a bit busy. But the staff are good and very helpful.

The paymode was exceptional, you order and pay on your own, the order is served after few minutes..

Slow service on Friday around 14h00 bought 3 kiddies meals with strawberry milkshakes for grandchildren on our way to them in Douglas - no kiddy gifts given to us

Service during the day is great but the problem always comes after 8pm. There is 1 cashier who constantly gives me horrible service and unnecessary attitude when having to serve me through the drive through. Rude and doesn't care for customer service. Vile person honestly
