    Unfortunately I have to change my rating... Love the food, but the place itself are so dirty and a mess. We have to ask for servetttes to clean table and chairs before we could sit down, that's if we don't want to sit in other people's mess. Now I know it's the client's leaving the mess, but surely one staff member can just go around every now and then and clean up. The security who is suppose to hand out sanitiser is outside on his phone. The whole time we've been there nobody going in or out were offered any form of sanitiser. The soda dispenser machine were faulty and made a big noise if you used it. No worker even cared to offer help or explain what's going on with the machine. They just let it be. This was Saturday 28 August 2021.

    Laughing stock, what a circus tonight. Lot's of comedians working there. They are in the wrong profession. Go to Stadium Food Court don't waste your time and money at BK where they don't know what customer service is.

    So after a year of opening... Vast improvement in quality for the start of 2019! Burgers are now about as good as they'll ever get. Edit. It seems the staff turnover is quite high. Since November 2019 it has again turned bad.

    Terrible,terrible experience on the 1st october.Myself and my family loves burger king since they have been in Kimberley. When they opened service was good and dine in section was very clean,but now it's going "agteruit ",1st we stood 10mins to be assisted by the cashier no customers Infront of us we had to call on someone to help us,the toilets are terrible,no water to wash hands no water to flush toilets,the toilets were stinking, whenever we buy kids meals there's no ice-cream,really burger king in Kimberley is pathetic.Whenever you ask for a manager/manageress they nower to be found.

    Why does the patty smell like bully beef no like dog food? Yesterday's dry patties reheated until it burned and dry.

    The floor is not clean tables are dirty there is no toilet paper or water in the toilet , it smells bad. All the employees are sitting in one spot blocking the way to the bathroom.

    Worst experience ever. Your order takes forever. They get the order wrong and then they say sorry you just have to accept it like that. Take a tent and go camping in the drive thru, because your order will take long, very long. We have waited 20min at the pay window after ordering. Would not recommend.

    Waited 25 min in drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of me. Food cold and soggy.staff horse playing instead of doing their work. Please check up on them bad bad for burger king.

    I love love love the food . I'm always left satisfied accept this one time when I got the wrong order hence the 4 stars. A year later: whoever prepared and packed the meal I had today made it with so much love. I could literally taste it with every bite. still satisfied every time I go back. Love it.

    Food was OK not great, we ordered Mr Delivery when we where about 40min away from Kimberley traveling towards Johannesburg. Estimated time showed 29min. When I arrived to collect I had to wait another 20min.

    Burgers are delicious, but the service is poor. We went into the restaurant, due to the weird drive through setup, but next time we'll rather use the drive through, because we waited very long inside (for 4 burgers only and it wasn't even a busy night).

    I recently visited Burger King in Kimberley and found that not much has changed since our last review nine months ago. The service was relatively fast, especially considering the slow-paced time of day. However, I did encounter an issue with a missing item in my order. It seems like the previous review still holds true, as burnt food and wrong orders or missing items continue to be a recurring problem at this branch. Taking into account our experience, we cannot confidently recommend this Burger King location.

    There are always room for Improvement in Every Establishment. When ever I visit Kimberley I go to Burger King to by food. Normally I'm in a hurry then I order Online thru the BURGER KING App. When I food is ready to go (Real Fast-food) Ordering this way... online using the Burger King app You will have MASSIVE SAVINGS and DISCOUNTS. GOOD FOOD

    Burger that we ordered was Devine staff very friendly. Service very slow .Reason may be short staff due to holiday day.Staff did apologize and we understood. We actually fell sorry for the staff on duty.They were very professional never the less their short staff situation. Thumbs 👍 up Burger King Kimberley.

    Ordered a burger which they took extremely long with helped 6 people in drive-trough before I the only person inside gets my burger just to get home to a burger that is completely raw on the inside and not a little bit raw, the one patty was completely uncooked

    Very poor service at the drive through. After 15 minutes, was given the wrong order and then spent the next 10 minutes watching the very lethargic staff arguing at top volume about who was to blame. When I voiced my opinion to the server, she pretended she couldn't hear what I was saying. Telling me huh? 3 times.......

    I don't even want to give it one star on the 11 of Aug I place and order thru MR Deleviry. The food was off like the cheese sauce was not right I did complain to management about is but they did nothing about it.

    I am a fond supporter of Burger king but not of cold chips and burgers. My family treat once a week is normally Burger King. Unfortunately this is the third time I had cold burgers and chips given to me from the Kimberley hub. Even the service became so slow that I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through with 2 cars infront of me of which the just infront of me only took ice cream. If this slow delivery is going to prevail I fail to see how you are going to stay open. I will buy burger King but no more in Kimberley.

    You have to congratulate the architect that designed this drive through, as they've clearly never seen a car - it's a masterpiece of angles. This particular Burger King made the least tasty burgers of the various ones I've visited in my shameful hours, but it's still better than the competing fast food brands.

    Bad service. Never have any soda in stock and when they do they either give you the wrong one without telling or try and give you a little bottel for a full price large soda. Also full price for their Texas BBQ burger and other places gives you added bacon for same price. Just a ripoff

    Omw!!! The evening we headed there, was the way home from our road trip and we were merely sleeping in Kimberly for the evening due to curfew bleh. Anyho we were in the drive thru, it took sooooo long that we ended up parking and heading inside. The establishment was full and almost all the customers were waiting sooo long for their orders. When we got our meals we just ate it because we were sooo hungry. Maybe limit the amount of customers so that your turn around time is not as bad as it was that day.

    Not clean. Kitchen staff throws the food to the front. No plastic fork with cheesy chips, no signs up where the soft drink machine is. All and all, if I wasnt so hungry after 11 hours on the road, I would have walked away.

    I used the drive through. The medium meal I ordered was so big that I only ate the burger. Couldn't eat the chips or have the cooldrink 🤣
