Extremely poor service... half hour to ge a coffee, then another halfhour wait for food, wich arrived cold☹ Does not deserve even 1 star

I hosted Offloading Sessions for Women at Mugg & Bean North Cape Mall and the customer service was outstanding. I love the team spirit of the staff. The owners and managers also went the extra mile for us. The food was scrumptious and beautifully presented. Drinks were on point Thank you so much for hosting us. The ladies will be meeting monthly at Mugg & Bean.

Great coffee and super large muffins that is very filling just for a snack. Staff attentive and friendly. Very prominently situated at the mall.

We came here for my collegues birthday. The waiter was friendly and amazing but when I told her it's our colleagues birthday she just said ok. I asked her for cake she refused 😳😳😳 I thought it's a norm to give cake when it's your birthday ... I we had our brunch and still no cake wow.

Airy and welcoming, food was good and prepared very quickly. Coffee was excellent. Recommended.

Lovely atmosphere but I sat for 15min without anyone taking a minimum drinks order (on a mid-week slow day). Twice before this I was served cold food. Pity because I was looking forward to a red capaccino with my meal. I went next door and I have my drink in 7min...Cheers!

Utterly dissapointed. Came in at lunchtime today ordered a coke waitress poured the coke, One sip in I realized its a coke no sugar then when i asked the waiter why she gave me coke no sugar she argued with me that thats what i asked for. I then told her thanks you can take the coke back and replace with what i asked for, 43min later still waiting for my coke, I ordered the cipotle chicken livers, was bland overly hot an when cut the livers was raw on the inside, to top it off a couple with overly load kids shouting did not control their kids, nor did the manager handled the situation, the aircon was off, and wifi blocked, I know i sound like a KAREN but I LOVE mug and bean, this is really the worst time i have ever experienced at mug and bean north cape mall. Will never return to the this branch.

For such a huge chain with so many outlets around the country, it's amazing how cozy and homely this restaurant is. The food is fresh, well prepared and wholesome, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing and efficient without being abrupt. An actual five star experience.

Wife and I had brunch and found something in her drink that appeared to look very much like some part of a fingernail. Brought it to the attention of the kind waitress and she came back two minutes later to report that the “Manager have inspected it thoroughly” and that it was a piece of lemon. Manager did not feel the need to come to us to at least apologize or explain het so called thorough investigation. Highly disappointed.

It was such a bliss to settle down at Mugg and Bean, whilst enjoying the Worship background music of Bethel, stretching legs on a break during our road trip. Amazing service, great products, joyful staff!!

Yesterday the quality and the taste of the food was just out of this world… from Your “goes with bread” with a bit of Indian flavor, then your dim sum amuse bouche… with this black dressing… to the chanterelle just Al dente… perfect… then my Lobster…. Simple I have dreamed about it during the night so juicy and tasty it was…Caroline has also most enjoy her Veau Blanc….. without forgetting the Roesti… always equal to themselves. The last 2 times we came and you were not here… unfortunately we had noticed it a bit.. although Chef Ottelo (we like him a lot) surprise us with some dishes
