    Last night I received very poor quality food. I returned it and demanded my money back. The manager on duty offered to my me fresh food with fresh letters as the ones I received were turning brown. Fact is if they wanted to give my fresh letters they would have done so in the first place. This is the last time that I support KFC Monument Heights.

    I ordered delivery on the app and then I waited about an hour when they said 20 minutes on the app. I decided to call them they told me that there is not any order. The amount went off my account and I received a receipt on the app. I went to the KFC and received it myself after I had paid delivery fee and a tip for the delivery and they said it is my loss because they did not find my order on their system. I am very disappointed in their delivering service.

    The service I received was amazing. The staff was very polite and energetic.. The food was good and the best tasting KFC I've ever had. I had to take a picture before I finished all the food 🔥🔥🔥 . All the staff at KFC Monument Heights deserve a raise 💯

    Like all KFC's in Kimberley (and probably South Africa), the service level of this KFC has taken a dive. Unfriendly staff, inexperienced staff, broken cold drink and coffee machines, promotional items not available, and sometimes normal menu items are not available. This KFC is the best in Kimberley, but that is not saying much.

    We were met with a smile and friendly service. The lady who was helping at the self-help terminals showed us how it works and assisted us the whole way. I'm very impressed with the meal and the process of ordering. The meal was prepared quickly and was delicious.

    This morning, Saturday 11 November 2023, we stopped to buy 12 thighs and drumsticks, we were told that we had to wait in the parking zone because there weren't any drumsticks and only one thigh!!!!!! What a laugh? Who is in charge of ordering the stock? A business can surely not be run like this! We got our money back and drove off with only a coffee and a milkshake......

    Hi. Went to KFC Monument Heights on 10/4/24 Went to the drivetru. Waited almost 30min before I could place my order. After placing my order the cashier informed me the food will take 20min to be ready. Withe 3 cars in front of me I waited. Fron cashier to collection point another 10 min. At collection point I was informed again the food will take 20min to be ready. What was supposed to be a 15min drivetru took me 55min. This is not good service And then the food was also not up to standerd. Chicken crust was hard. Hole experience was not nice. Deon Hugo

    Same with the food franchises I don't know but they start with the correct receipt and after they messed the promise they all have this tendency in Kimberley. It's bad no KFC does it like the original anymore. Reuse oil the chicken is brown, bloody regret it every time after trying it again.

    I'm not sure abt the meat here.... Everytime I visit this place I tell myself I will not go again.. Saw someone twister being prepared using bare hands.. Then the same hand went into wiping something from the noise... I Showed this to one of the cashiers... She simply said her Collegues hands were clean.. Then I had pointed out what her colleague did which she witnessed... Then there was no ans just a shrug of shoulders..

    I did the online order, which specifically says skip the queue. Tell me why I have to wait like someone who just arrived. The lady says that the online system does not work on their side. So can you kindly look into this. I don't think as a person who wants to skip the queue still needs to be in the queue.

    I bought streetwise 2 pap via Uber eats, literally an hour after eating I had severe stomach cramps,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting. I am really not happy with the food as also the taste of meat was not nice.

    This KFC is always the standard by which I expect service at every KFC. Food is always well presented and even when using the drive-thru, nothing is messy in the bags or the cup holders. Keep up the good work😀

    This is a take-away it means that you take your food away, and atmosphere might be a bit unfair. We did visit the KFC towards month end and the flow through the drive through was not great. The food was KFC and hot and the service good.

    This must be the slowest and most disorganised KFC in the country. Our order took about 30min for a family of four. The chicken was ready but no one tended to the 2 drink orders even after I brought it to their attention. No apology for the lack of ice or ingredients after payment was made. We were also told that we may not use the bathroom even though no reason could be given. A horrible experience. I would give this one a skip.

    Quite possibly the slowest "fast-food" place there is. On a weekday, during non-peek times, it takes more than 30 minutes using the drive-through. Has happened on more than one occasion now.
