    The wings I bought were more of pepper taste than chillies. And they always have nice wings. The drive through experience was not nice. Orders were done manually. A lady standing in the drive through took our orders

    The chicken was very,very fresh. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to receive my order. I enjoyed the chicken and it was crispy fried. If only the store was a bit closer to the CBD.

    The Stretwise I bought yesterday was not nice and it was like a Cruch. If I wanted to buy a chrich I would've done so, the chickens are so small lately compared to what they used to sell before.

    Worst service ever. Chips were half portions and the little boxes are so small and they still filled it half full. This really upsets me as we pay so much for the food and it was a drive thru order which was so botched. Not all our stuff was given we had to enter the thru once again and speak to the lady at the entrance as the computer doesn't work. On top of that we asked to give cash for the cold slaw with no receipt. The food was dumped in a small box and the chicken was falling out of the box. Worst place ever.

    I had a horrible experience with this KFC on 30 May 24 at around 16H20. 1. I drove through the drive through and I waited at the order station for about 3min and there was no one to take my order. 2. I proceeded to the payment window and again there was no one there. There was a sign put at the window saying proceed to the next window. 3. At the collection window there was no one again. I waited for almost 15minutes. I ended up leaving my car there by the window, went inside the store where I found about 4 employees inside and I narrated my ordeal, as expected they couldn't care less. They told me it was shift change hence the delays. 4. I placed my order over the counter which also took almost 6 minutes to be ready and there after went to the collection window to fetch my car. In all it took me about 24 minutes to be served. Yooh such a horrible service...

    The service was very bad:( They made us wait for more than 45 minutes on the drive through ,then got our order which was incomplete. We had to go back to get it. Then I realised that they didn't even put any sachets or my strip sauce. No apologies niks!! Bonolo and Tshepiso do better

    Worst service ever. I had to argue with staff to get my order that was ready for collection. I even ended up on tiktok as if I was the problem. Will never in my lifetime spend my hard earned money on KFC again.

    I don't recommend this place. Their chicken is fried with old burned oil that gives an awful taste. Their Burrell filled with mostly breast meat, the lady who took our order had to ask us again as we waited to pay. This all resulted in a delay.

    My experience for the 3rd time last night at KFC Kimberley transvaal road it's pathetic no good service I was in the drive-thru for more than 2hours, I asked the lady why is the service so poor, "we out staff sir" I even lost my appetite by the time it was my turn to order. Will not recommend to anyone.

    Never got a chance to sample the food. Staff seemed to be concentrating on the drive through more than que inside, so decided not to wait. Looked like they could have been a bit short staffed.

    Located centrally and easy accessable. Drive through bit narrow but for a KFC meal worth the inconvenience. KFC is always a winner to fill that hole in your tummy.

    I would like management to see the services rendered by their staff dated 30th June 2024 time 20:11 till 20:35. People get served/attended to while Im standing in front of the POS(Point of sale) very disappointed in the services as I believe all customers should be treated fairly and each staff member needs to pay attention to their departments. And customer experience should be key at all times.

    Today at around 17h30 we went to a Drive through but the service was more that disappointing because the woman was screaming and yelling at my dad (who is nearly 70 yrs) to place his order quickly,she gave him only 5 seconds to place that order and only 3 seconds to pay while repeatedly telling my dad to be quick because they are working on time...I'm truly Disappointed by today's service!
