    I was at this store recently and happened to place an order amounting to R120.00. when I had to pay, I realised that my credit card was missing. The tiller game chance to go and look for it at the car outside and it couldn't be found. I had only R100.00 in my wallet and the teller took it and paid R20.00 out of her own pocket, in a friendly and accommodating manner and she gave me the food to go and eat with my companion. The was generally a friendly atmosphere inside, the place was clean, the service was faster. The taste was great as always and I will always remember this experience whenever I see or visit KFC

    Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes in line then waited for 45Minutes again had to go into the store and wait another 15 Minutes before anything came out pathetic service and customer relations

    Just wish that they had a strong Generator for Load-shedding. That all, cause the Food is amazing amd it's chill in there.

    Im am highly satisfied.. After having a not so good experience, the branch followed up with my complaint and rectified the problem. All the staff i came in contact with were friendly.i definitely will be a continues customer, thank you kfc Galashewe.

    Good service but the food was dry and tasteless. Must have been yesterday's food sold to take away customers. Sorry but KFC should investigate the quality of meat at this outlet

    Friendly staff, nice service. The only problem is that the place is always filled outside with both adults and kids asking for money and food, even in the Driveway. Not a nice thing to see there, though I would like management to have a look at it and do something about it.

    The lady who makes orders for drive throughs,seemed tired or a little bit harsh to us,l ddnt appreciate that,but overall they ddnt make us wait long and the chicken is lekker....

    The chicken is very nice the only problem the drive-thru is a problem cause after ordering you have to still wait outside and it doesn't feel safe cause there are people there to ask money and it doesn't make dining feel good

    I waited for 15min to order while standing at the register. Finally got helped by 18:05. Went back inside and got the food at 18:35. The place wasn't even packed

    Drive thru, but always have to wait 10min...ending up to 20 min. Your order is also incomplete and 'mash' now come without gravy..lol😅
