Lovely place to stay. Stayed here from Friday 24 March until Thursday 30 March. Rooms spacious cleaned every day and close to shops. Management helpful and staff very friendly. Meals affordable and very tasty and great value for money. Steaks are a must.

Food was good and great value but smokers are all over . I thought smoking was banned in RSA except in designated areas but it's a free for all here. Service was poor . Restaurants stops taking orders at 9pm so if you walk in at 8.50 they ignore you until it's too late . Rooms . Dirty sheets. Very old unclean furniture filthy shower . Swimming Pool A total health hazard. Broken glass everywhere and the pool was a dark green that you could not see the bottom .

It's the 2nd if not 3rd time I try their food and it was sickening. Last night topped it, I ordered a hake and chips for a R100 and what I got... the hake crust was dry and smell was awful, the hake inside was almost like biltong. Not forgetting how there was no seasoning on the hake, when I called. I spoke to some man (apparently he's the chef) he says they're diabetic so they don't add any seasoning on their food. With an attitude he said "because its disgusting, bring the food back", no apology whatsoever 😒.

Worst experience ever, very dirty cutlery. Very very oily pork belly. When asked for the manager, no one to see to my complaint. No one evens came to apologize for the very dirty cutlery or very disgusting oily food. Very very disgusted in this experience.

I'm really impressed with their service. My car broke down just outside of Kimberley and they were kind enough to give me some discount. The rooms are simple but clean. The restaurant and the close distance to various shopping centres and malls makes it really convenient. I will always stay here when traveling through Kimberley.

Shower door hanging on 2 screws. Kettle blew up next morning. Service ok. Food in restaurant nice with friendly staff.

We did not enjoy our stay. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was awesome. But that's it. The room was dirty as well as the kettle. The curtains on the one side didn't close properly. There was a wedding reception going on right across from, so there was loud music all night and all the parking near our room was taken by the wedding party goers. They woke us up at 6am by sitting there shouting and drinking on our stoep. Ridiculous. This after 12 hours on the road with our babies from Cape Town. If you want a good night's rest when passing through Kimberly, steer clear of this place.

Nostalgia, like the linen, is wearing thin. Rooms superficially clean. Bedding was visibly dirty. Noisy. Nice pub.

The owner is very rude and unaccommodating. He has zero respect for patrons and his employees. He got there demanded tv channel to be changed to rugby yet there were 4 other tv’s showing rugby. He never even sit on the side where he demanded the channel to be changed. We had booked a table for 15 after having team building session in one of their venues. We settled 7k bill for bill and drinks and packed up and leave immediately. Very Pathetic of him and this was the last time ever we book their venue. It so Funny he’s people forever call and ask for favours to keep business running and patrons happy, good for him that door has been closed with immediate effect.

Had a good night sleep, but kitchen personnel needs training in people skills and sering people in public. The two Ladies who was working this morning, 22 July demonsteated bad service with not much respect.

A great place to have lunch or dinner, whilst having your favourite drinks. Love the customer service and the food they serve. Will recommend you get the ribs and steaks on offer.

Dont stay here if you want a good nights rest! Noisy guests and cars up and down past the rooms. Luxkily the cleaning supervisor assisted in getting our room sorted ... she was a star. Otherwise not much to reccommend here

Have not been there for many years. What a pleasant surprise. Did not stay over so did not rate the rooms but the food and the service in the restaurant was 100% and i can recomend it.

The beds were uncomfortable. And rock hard. We had to fight for bedding as the bed was large. Food was good as we ordered from restaurant. They called us to come fetch food. But gave no utensils. We had TBone and cheddamelt chicken snitzel. Had to eat with our hands.

Amazing place for events/birthdays/anniversary etc. Bar on premises. Restrooms available. Wheelchair parking/accessible. Gas station on premises. Restaurants available. Fast friendly service. Cash and credit cards accepted here.

Toilets has a constant very bad smell. Maybe there's something wrong with the drains. Some of the windows could not close. So we had to sleep with open windows and it was cold. Some toilets could not flush properly. We experienced some leaking in our room during the heavy rainfall. If they can fix all this. The place could actually be nice.
