I
stayed
there
on
22July
for
one
night
only
with
my
sickly
parents.
I
requested
early
check
in
around
12:00
,
if
it
was
possible
and
a
ground
floor
unit,
2days
ahead
of
arrival.
I
know
and
understand
early
check
in
is
not
guaranteed,
but
no
response
from
the
hotel.
I
delayed
check
in
till
the
correct
time,
as
it
wasn't
a
problem.
Upon
check
in
at
14:20
,
I'm
told
the
room
is
not
ready,
they're
still
cleaning,
at
14:20
in
the
afternoon!
I
expressed
my
unhappiness
and
asked
if
the
hotel
was
full
and
if
they
can
perhaps
change
it
to
another
room
that
was
ready.
I
was
told
to
wait,
and
to
take
a
seat,
then
she
called
someone.
Another
lady
at
the
reception
said,
but
you
requested
a
ground
floor
unit.
So
clearly
they
did
get
my
request.
I
asked
if
there
was
a
lift
if
the
room
was
to
change,
as
my
dad
struggles
to
walk.
My
point
is,
the
lady
at
reception
was
just
not
friendly.
Patience
should
learn
how
to
be
friendly
towards
paying
customers,
she
wasn't
doing
me
a
favour.
Eventually,
our
room
was
changed.
I
ended
up
not
even
booking
for
dinner
or
breakfast.
Dirty
cutlery
on
the
floor
by
our
room
door.
I've
stayed
in
many
hotels
before,
but
the
service
here
was
really
poor.
The
gentleman
at
reception
the
next
morning
,
was
smiling
at
least.
