Very nice jewel (in Kimberly must diamond 🙂) among other hotels in the city. Very well serviced and chef is good. Bar is well covered with drinks. Wine list is with no chance for wrong choice. Recommend.

Rooms were beautiful, but couldn't open windows as they led onto a courtyard. The service during our breakfast wasn't the greatest.

The place is beautiful, the staff is top notch and the food was excellent. Everything was just absolutely fantastic. Everything was just unique from what I am used to in other hotels. Indeed it is a luxury hotel. I am looking forward to come and stay again in the future

The staff went over and above to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Even better that we stayed with our new addition to our family. Our room was upgraded and we got to enjoy a more spacious room with our little one. The food is delicious. I can't wait to go back!

The restuarant staff is exceptional and the staff from front desk. Nice calm atmosphere. Meals was delicious.

We had booked the conference room for the evening to host a babyshower. We couldn't be free because there were guests in the hotel rooms, we received discriminatory treatment from the manager. It was a horrible experience.

Stunning hotel with a truly luxurious feel. My room was extremely comfortable with classy interiors. The food was tasty and fresh and they make deliciously strong cappuccinos!

Top class standard. Good food and good service. Restaurant guests have easy access parking that is safe. Ill have to book a room next time
