Very friendly, warm and professional reception. Friendly and professional personell all round. Rooms well equipped and very clean. Delicious home-cooked meals available on request. Wonderfully large and sparkling clean pool available at guest's leisure.

Disgusting welcome by the owner of the Guesthouse Anelin, I buzzed more than 3 times to no answer at the gate, and phoned both landlines and cellphone to no answer. They finally opened after exactly 10 minutes of waiting at the gate. Got to the reception found a group of cleaning ladies changing for 3pm knock off at the reception, no one bothered to attend to us for a good 5 minutes. Thet changed and left without saying word, the owner eventually came and when I expressed how we have been ignored she started shouting at me telling me to leave if I didn't want to stay there. She started saying things about black people clearly I deserved to be treated like trash because am black. If you want your peace never dare go there, Anelin is disgusting and unprofessional. If there was a zero rating would give her.

It's a great place except that there's a lot of unnecessary rules eg if I book for a room I can't have any other visitor/visitors visiting me otherwise I must pay R300 extra for that visitor to sleep over....not suppose to adjust the air corn they say it's already pre set... can't talk loudly on your cellphone... Go there at your own risk

Spent a night here when my accommodation was declined by another guesthouse cos of over booking, room was decent but not for tall men cos the bed is small, but decent room size, if you are a fan or food at the guest houses..not this one, service was poor, the food was cold and looks like it's pre-cooked and waiting for you to come..hence my rating for my overall experience.

It is clean service is good and the management and staff is super friendly. Home cooked meals and the breakfast is devine

What a gem of a place. Beautiful, clean awesome people. Relaxing, quiet. You would not believe you are in town. Well worth spending time there.

Our stay was great, the Staff was helpful and friendly, The Manager Elaine was very friendly and helpful she also gave us 5 star treatment. The food was also delicious and well prepared.

Comfortable beds and nice home cooked meal that makes you feel at home while you're far away. Nearby Mall with necessary daily basic needs from Pick and Pay. Situated at the main road that connects easily to wherever you want to go. I definitely highly recommend it.

But the Caucasian grandma better drop it down the hospitality coz not everyone likes to be interrogated in everything they doing. I paid for the stay so I just need to be left alone
