My experience at BUCO kimberley is not good at all... the service from walking in to the shop no greets you ..I walked around and around in the shop looking for tools and no one i mean no one came to me to ask do I need help ... the salesman sitting at the powertools section don't greet when one walks by or asks do you need help and terrible service all around.. the guy in the paint section the only guy to ask if I need help the rest just walk past you..I go there 2 twice a week in some cases and nothing seem to change

Its ok, prices are very reasonable. Assitants dont really listen to your needs. If you patient you probably get what you need. Parking is a bonus.

Pleasant destination to shop for building, DIY, paint and garden requirements. More than enough, convenient parking and a great looking, well stocked store with ample selection and helpful staff.

Buco you need to fix your service issues in Kimberley. I really try to support this place but every single time there is problems ( not all staff,but the majority) today i wanted to buy fertilizer, the very helpfull sales person showed me the fertilizer, when i got to the counter the lady, firstly busy on her phone like 90% of the staff, told me that they do not stock fertilizer, i told her that they do, she said no they dont, after that i told her i say it on the floor. She said then i must go to another sales person for service. The manager as usual, is nowhere to be found...

Bulk Vehicle Operators be careful when entering the gate and maneuvering towards offloading Bay right side tarp can be torn. Please also mind your height.

Lack of client service. Finally got aperson to help . Shiwed him the old product and when I got home it was the wrong item. Went back and it took 40 min to exchange the wrong product for the correct one.

Service and staff needs attention. Very disappointed as the store was moving and none of the staff were offering assistance to customers

With staff that clearly no desire to make the environment customer friendly, and managers that don't seem to notice any of the issues, rather use another hardware store,

The new layout is great once you get to know where is every department

Nice and easy going shopping.Plenty of parking.Helpful staff 😊👍
