Good and tasty selection of dishes. Attentive staff. Now we just went again to Mugg & Bean North Cape Mall for breakfast last week. We were surprised and disappointed that the onions in our omelet were completely RAW, not sauteed at all. We usually like M&B but this was the worst experience.

I love the window seat. That spot is solo date friendly. Oohhh I had the South African style boerie eggs bennadict with Hollandaise sauce. That thing looks small, but man, it's filling. Budget friendly also.

Decided to spoil myself for my birthday. It was a great idea but unfortunately I chose the wrong restaurant. For a egg lover by this has to be thee worst omelet I've ever had. I've never had an omelets that has potatoes 😳😳😭😭 the filling was just filled with raw tomatoes 😩😩. The 1 star is for the cake it was very delicious 😋😋

We were helped by the manager , we order red cappuccino and received original cappuccino , then the waiter come and take our food order , and after almost 40 mins our 2 breakfastest come , and no one ever asked us in that 40 min if we want something else to drink or are we still okay , while the head manager sits there , go to Northern-Cape mall mugg and bean - 10/10

Lovely food as always with any and all Mug n Bean franchises but seemly doesn't feel as intimate. Could be the lighting being to bright. But its still the best place for brunch ,lunch or a lovely dinner date.

Excellent food and beverages. Salad ingredients was fresh and crispy and the beef strips was very juicy and soft. Beautifully presented as well.

This Mugg and Bean is okay. Food is great, Location is great and there are always a seat available, but the service is slow.

The worst service at a mugg and bean in South Africa. The manager didn't even say a word to us when we arrived at the entrance she just looked at us without giving us a table then follows us to just drop the menu with no hello, the colored looking older lady is so rude it's unbelievable that she's the manager. The staff is just as worse. Rather use North Cape mall mugg and bean not Diamond Pavillion
