    You can't really shop there if they do not have any stock, don't send out specials if you dont have stock. Looked like they are closing down. Very disappointed

    Pathetic. Wish it was possible to rate zero stars. Starting from the cell counter, to the till, back to the cell counter. The store manager was too busy to come and see me. I got Reggie the floor manager instead. Still waiting for him to acknowledge me or my complaint. No apology nor communication from him. Honestly, I could have spoken with a brick wall. After hearing my complaint he just walks away. If the store manager is too busy for her customers then her staff will be as well. A fish always rots from the top. I would love to be graced by her presence in order to improve service levels in my town.

    Bought a couch from Game, Royldene Store G126 On 28th Jan. Delivery was promised Monday 30th. Had to make several calls to the store for my delivery. Seems they forgot to despatch delivery. Eventually a contractor arrived in a small open bakkie at 4:30pm in the pouring rain with the couches. The couches couldn't even fit on the bakkie. It was hanging off the bakkie. Driver and assistant didn't know how to take it off the bakkie. They were twisting and turning the couch on the bakkie trying to figure out how to take it off. Very inexperienced. Couches were soaking wet. I sent it back. Then store manager promised another set of couches Coming from Bloem. To be delivered 2Feb. Called the store, still waiting for the truck. Very bad service in Kimberley. Disorganized, no proper delivery vehicle. Contractor that does delivery hasn't got a decent van. Made so many calls to this store. Overall, I'm still waiting on my couches. Not happy at all. Total inconvenience to me. I arranged to be at the premises for collection and delivery never takes place, not even a fixed time.

    Poor service on return policy. Back and fourth with the online store and Kimberley store. Pathetic service at store. Online store agreed on a refund and gave clear instructions to go to the Kimberley store and return goods then I will received a refund. The staff at the store just keeps informing me that they cant give a refund because its bought online even thou I explained to the manager that I was referred by online store. The online store agreed to arrange with Kimberley store for the refund. Just pathetic Game Kimberly... You just lost a good customer by poor service Order no. # 123 120 994

    Extremely bad experience from Raymond and his team. This store will definitely not be seeing me again. Store should consider investing in some employees who have an idea of customer service, bad attitudes all round.

    The store doesn't prioritize customers, they are so unprofessional when answering their phones, and redirecting us to departments that do not answer. The manager is just as unprofessional, he can not give me what stock there is on hand and did not call me back when he asked for my details. I was going to spend quiet abit but, I don't think making a profit or providing customer satisfaction is a priority. Please employ people that will benefit the business instead. Truly unbelievable service.

    From good service to horrible. Took my grandparents to buy a washing machine, the sales person didn't help at all and game Kimberley has no stock anymore. My grandparents needed a washing machine asap due to theirs broke. So was told we have to wait 2 months. Went to parsons and was helped immediately. My grandfather's friend went to game as well to get a smart watch at the jewelry shop and waited for service so long that he went on the mic to call for service and they called the security on him. They eventually decided to help him. The smart watch never worked and he took it back and he waited a whole hour and half just to get his money back. He bought a tv there and had to wait a whole month before they changed his broken tv. I am so disappointed in games service.

    Out here to buy a treadmill today. Salesman has no idea how the machine works. Was left alone right there on the floor. Well I suppose Game lost the sale today. Whoever reviews this go check the footage at the treadmills around 16:00 today. Very poor to say the least.

    I purchased washing machine cash on 15 March and also paid the delivery fee. Delivery date was 17 May... Still waiting. I have called 6 times today and the number either just rings or its busy. Really. NOT impressed

    I am extremely disappointed in the service I got from this store or rather lack of service. I called the shop 3 times with no answer and whenever the call was answered it is clear that the person answering the phone put the headset to the side because I can hear how they talking but no one’s attending to me. And the last time I tried calling they just hung up the phone in my ear.
