Bad service

The service was good and staff was friendly

Only a few assistants are helpful.. The rest tend to frustrate although they are friendly... most of the time

Poor service on a Friday after 5 some tills sit and chat the sales ladies. Only 2tills open. Supervisor not in site ladies shout over clients for service. Bad service

Ordered 4 men's shirts 2 weeks ago was never contacted, went into store a Tuesday and the shirts where never ordered. They promised that they ordered other shirts and it would be here today, but on arrival it was not delivered and I still have no shirts. I mean that I am a loyal customers for more than 25 years and I feel the services is pathetic.

I give this store 4 stars, because; The google opening times are wrong. Secondly you have to go early or make sure you can wait for service. Thirdly you have to make sure that you are setup with your purchase and that it works before you exit, because the aftercare service does not exist. It is very sorry because the guys in store are really trying there best to sell their products with friendly smiles.

Second time I have done my upgrade through Vodacom 4U North Cape Mall. I wont go to any other store! The service is phenomenal! Thank you Eathan Jacobs for all your expert advice, your patience, your friendly help! And that after atrocious customer service from Vodacom Direct!! You kept me a vodacom customer, thank you! If it was up to vodacom direct I would have taken all my accounts to MTN! Thank you once again Vodacom North Cape Mall! You will most certainly see me again!

Good day, Pawillion mall Kimberley very bad experience for the third time this year. It seems they don't want to help us. The custumer service number on my card does not exixts. The Manager also do nothing he believes the employee who laughs at me. The tills was not occupied for about 5 minutes. They leave an old lady for 10 minutes to print a slip, when she get upset the cashier who was supposed to help me go and print the slip, why can't Nono not print the slip. They block my account and I can't do any transaction, they have to unblocked my account because my cell number were not listed on my account. Why can't they retrieve an slip form your system????? A big company like Edgar's. I please want to close my account immediately. Kind regards
