I
mistakenly
took
a
ticket
for
"new
files"
simply
because
I
did
not
realise
that
there
was
a
difference
to
the
patients
that
already
had
files..I
actually
has
a
file
but
anyways.
As
time
went,it
was
clear
that
new
patients
were
not
given
preference....which
is
understandable
but
it
became
unfair
when
patients
who
came
3-
4
hours
later
were
helped
before
us.
The
ticket
number
system
is
not
followed.
Everyone
is
equal...let
us
all
be
given
that
respect.
Having
had
a
file
and
still
had
to
sit
through
like
I
was
a
new
patient
was
eye
opening
and
i
am
glad
i
experienced
the
other
side.
I
reiterate...preference
should
only
be
given
to
emergency
patients
and
the
ones
who
took
the
time
to
come
early
to
the
clinic.
