We
were
told
that
check-in
time
is
14:00
and
if
we
were
a
little
early
that
would
also
be
ok.
Well
we
arrived
close
to
15:00
to
find
the
cleaners
still
cleaning
our
room.
They
had
no
masks
on,
and
also
weren't
in
any
hurry
to
finish.
The
host
wasn't
there
we
had
to
give
the
money
to
the
grounds
supervisor
who
eventually
supplied
us
with
a
key
after
he
found
a
remote
for
the
gate
that
works.
We
received
no
further
communication
from
the
hostess,
no
asking
if
we
needed
anything.
It
was
loadshedding
while
we
were
there,
yet
there
was
NOTHING
to
make
it
easier
for
us
in
the
room,
no
flask
for
hotwater,
no
torch,
battery
powered
lights,
not
even
a
candle
or
box
of
matches.
To
me
even
a
timetable
indicating
the
loadshedding
times
would
have
been
helpful,
since
we
were
not
from
Kimberley
and
the
loadshedding
app
couldn't
find
our
location.
For
our
family
of
4
there
were
1
serving
of
nescafe
coffee,
2
teabags,
4
sugars,
2
creamers
and
4
sweetners.
So
we
couldn't
even
enjoy
a
hot
beverage.
We
took
a
shower,
but...
no
shower
head,
just
a
stream
of
running
water,
as
if
standing
under
a
tap.
The
back
of
the
bathroom
door
was
filthy,
we
I
couldn't
understand
since
the
cleaners
spent
ages
in
the
room.
Also
only
received
1
sachet
of
bodywash
for
our
family
of
4.
Switched
on
the
air-conditioning
unit,
it
worked,
but
only
some
hot
air
came
through
even
though
it
was
on
cold,
17C
so
it
was
definitely
faulty.
During
the
night,
the
small
dogs
opposite
us
barked
constantly.
Next
morning
when
my
husband
wanted
to
shower,
surprise,
no
hot
water.
We
have
been
to
little
farm
previously
and
this
has
by
far
been
the
worst
experience.
Will
not
go
back
and
also
not
recommend
anyone
to
go
there.
