Absolutely terrible service!!!! I walked into the shop at 20:11. Upon entering the lady on duty was busy washing the walls. She half acknowledged me, sighed and then bent over and looked at the computer screen for a time indication and shook her head. I ordered the hake platter and asked for it to be grilled. The same lady who was cleaning then responded that I can only have it fried and not grilled as they already cleaned the grill. I find this absolutely unacceptable as the operating hours are until 21:00 and in my opinion this means that I as the customer can order what I prefer and not what I am being told to order. For a renowned franschise this is not acceptable. I hope my input will help better the future service to other clients as I would most definately will not return anytime soon.

Ordered two plater for one's over the phone. Got there nobody there knew who spoke to me, eventually they found the recite with my oder on. I was then told that it was not made yet they will make it quick. Not long they came up with saying there is not this and that. Got angry and left the store. If a client orders over the phone make sure you guys have the ingredients to complete the order . Place will never see me and I will let other people know about the service

Bad service!!! It's the fourth time we tried to order prawn pops....Every time the personel at the counter informed us there's NO PRAWN. Why advertise prawn on your menu if there's NO PRAWN available. Ordered something else and waited almost an hour for a simple order of 2 fish & chips. Really bad service! Think management don't care either.... Steers nextdoor...same service most of the time....previously we didn't recieve half our order. Same management team...?!?!

NO SERVICE to talk about. Absolutely pathetic. Waited more than an hour for 2 butgers. They should rather close down!!!!!

Bought food on mr delivery from fisherways Terrible food, rice and fish tasted off Cold slaw was hot Pop prawns over done And chips tasted like it was fried in old oil Terrible really not happy

I ordered a platter for one with a medium sized fish and only chips...which was R149 I got it delivered and my word for 150 bucks I got a small stick of fish that's 2 bites and finished and 9 tons of rice with a quarter of a potato of chips... the prawn pops aren't even battered and are well over cooked.. Not impressed at all!!!

It was not busy but we waited very long for our food. When we eventually got our food it was cold. The chips were Raw and calamari was undercooked. Can not recommend this fish away. We also asked for our fish crispy but it ended up being soggy.

I am not happy with the food that was supplied tonight. Worse every. Horrible service. I asked for something extra in my salad and the cashier looked at me like I am crazy. The salad was not the best and the prawn is not cooked some of it was raw the same with the prawn box. We paid so much money. But eat not even half of the meals. The fish burger was soggy. Thanks but no thanks.

Very dissapointing, overcharged on certain items, what i ordered was on special but never told, only noticed it on a TV advert after i ordered, chips and onion rings was ice cold, threw it all away. Sll in all pa very dissapointing experience, will not recomend them.

What can we do with one Tartar sauce between two people. The food was well prepared, but the lack of tartar sauce spoiled the meel.
