Terrible!!! The assistant at the pharmacy did not wear his mask and the Store Manager was also without a mask wearing a face shield but lifted up! When I asked the assistant why is he not wearing his mask he told me he will wear it when he want to!

Long queue inside the pharmacy. Decided to go to another pharmacy to get medication

I arranged for my doctor to email my prescription to the Pharmacy and when I came there they didn't even go check on their emails and just asked me to forward it to them again and then they said they can't fill it because it didn't come from the doctor. Had to wait 30mins for them to tell me this.

Although we made arrangements for the prescription to be processed, they had not done it. We had to wait a long time for the assistant to compile it. The assistant also lied about the arrangements made.

Poor service especially the pharmacy. Useless and unhelpful. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and keep on making the same mistakes and they are gevrek. 😒

Prices advertised on website not available in store. Do not shop at Clicks, advertising is false.

This is one of the clicks I avoid locally simply due to their poor service at the tills. How can only two tills be working at a time while the pharmacy doesn't even have the ticket system that allows us to at least shop around while awaiting service. I'm only giving the 3stars because of Danielle at the pharmacy who kindly assisted me with a blunder created by another branch. At this rate, leaving clicks all together seems like the best option.
