I
took
out
a
new
contract
in
August
2021.
Within
the
first
month
problems
arose
and
the
phone
had
to
be
booked
in
for
repairs.
After
about
6
weeks
I
received
another
phone
(same
as
the
first),
again
the
second
phone
gave
the
same
problems.
The
2nd
phone
was
booked
in
again
and
in
the
middle
of
December
2021
I
received
the
3rd
device
(same
as
previous
2).
Again
the
same
problem
arose.
Rudi
called
me
and
said
I
must
send
the
3rd
faulty
phone
so
that
they
can
book
the
phone
in
and
that
he
will
provide
me
with
a
different
device
or
model
as
there
is
a
clear
trend
that
the
certain
model/s
has
problems.
The
3rd
device
was
booked
in
and
after
about
6
weeks
I
had
to
phone
after
Cell
C
asking
what
the
status
is
and
what
my
options
for
a
different
device
is
and
the
response
from
Rudi
and
Obakeng
was
that
I
must
accept
the
3rd
device
that
was
repaired
and
there
is
no
other
option
for
me,
even
though
other
Cell
C
stores
advised
me
that
a
CPA
can
be
done
or
I
as
the
customer
can
cancel
the
contract
without
any
cancelation
fee
seeing
that
it
is
not
my
fault
but
a
store/
factory
fault
on
the
devises.
Pathetic.
I
will
never
do
business
with
Cell
C
North
Cape
Mall
again
and
would
not
recommend
any
one
at
all.
After
being
a
costumer
for
almost
15
years,
this
is
totally
unacceptable!
About
2
years
ago
I
had
the
same
problem
with
a
new
contract
that
I
took
out
for
my
wife
and
after
12
moths
Obakeng
requested
that
I
must
send
a
letter
stating
that
I
will
not
accept
the
same
device
anymore
and
that
I
want
a
different
device
and
then
she
received
a
new,
different
device.
But
now
its
not
possible
with
my
device.
