I was not given co payment value upfront. Was only informed about the amount on collection and had to make significant payment to receive spectacles. I will not recommend the use of their services.

What an awesome experience today. The Optometrist was so friendly and professional. The Frontline staff were friendly and welcoming. I will highly recommend North Cape Mall.

Without a doubt Spec-Savers North Cape is by far the best optometry store I've been to. Darren is highly skilled and has vast knowledge and aptitude as a medical professional. The staff are outstanding and the store is definitely in good hands, with great initiatives to support the local charities.

I am so grateful to North Cape mall Specsavers. The service is amazing and the staff really went the extra mile for me. The suggestion for multifocal specs was made by the optometrist and I don't regret a second for taking his advice. My previous pair was always on/off to see near or far, now I keep my specs on all the time. The package had to be posted which was carefully wrapped to prevent any damages. I will highly recommend this branch of the Specsavers group.

Yet again such wonderful service received from the North Cape mall branch. The practice manager is friendly and very professional. I recently had my glasses adjusted in store and was attended to efficiently. A very happy patient.
