There is a lady with braces on, that works there. Her attitude is disgusting, I have never had bad services there before however today was very bad. That lady had an argument with a customer that was before me, she then took all her frustrations out on me by yelling at me. I called her out for yelling at me by telling her that there's a good way of talking to me, she then called the security guard to take me out, for what reason, I don't know. She even regarded me as "THIS PERSON", and we know that it is very derogatory coming from a person of another race. I left before the guard could come because I did not want any sort of conflict. I am not pleased with her bad attitude and customer service, I do not appreciate it at all. I understand that customers can be frustrating at times but that does not justify as to why she was so disrespectful towards me. She must fix her attitude if she wants to work with people. I even left without buying because I was kicked out for defending myself, other cashiers did not even say anything. I did not want to write this but I had to because I was done wrong and had nowhere to report/complain. SHE MUST FIX HER ATTITUDE. IT IS DISGUSTING. SIES!!!

I actually didn't wanna fill in a star. I've been buying from Overland for so long and I mainly make use of three branches, Green Street, Homevale and Heuwelsig. This weekend I tried New Park and sad to say I won't be going back there. The staff are Just not friendly and your shopping experience is made terrible. If they could have the same customer relations as the other Overlands I'm sure it will go better. But I will stick to the other branches.

A wide variety of alcoholic beverages available. Found this nice sparkling wine by KWV called Annabelle. Very low in alcohol and delicious. In white or rose and the most beautiful bottles. Made a nice accessory to the wedding decor.
