Waiting 20 mins for an ice coffee - made it with choc ice cream and lots of ice after we requested that we wanted ice cream. Waited 40 mins for a toasted sandwich with cold chips - and there are only 2 tables to be served. The third table left due to poor service. I will ot recommend this coffee shop.

I have never been more dissatisfied. Besides the fact that the waiter had no respect towards me as a client, the 30min wait for a very simple drink order, hour and 10mins wait for food of which 3 of us didn’t receive our food, terrible😭

What an absolutely poor restaurant/coffee shop!!! They bring the drinks order in phases, so by the time that my coffee was done my husband received his. Food is terrible!!!! 1st no buns, then not enough patties for burgers. Food presentation - horrific! They need to get a professional in to help with the menu as well as food presentation and customer service.

Below average coffee shop with limited range, no fresh cakes, wouldn't bother to visit

Such amazing service from everyone here. The hot chocolate is better than Mugg and Bean and many others. We had breakfast after our tour of the Big Hole and they were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend supporting them

Unfortunately this Coffee shop does not add to the awesome experience at the rest of The Big Hole Centre. Long wait for drinks and food, and order was incomplete. Definitely understaffed. Will not recommend.

You did not tast the best cappucinos if you didnt taste their cappucinno. Absolutely the best. Friendly sevice. If I stayed in Kimberly I would have come here everyday. Keep it up
