The contact number shared here on Google, as well as all other Nairobi Hospital Anderson Clinic telephone numbers are never answered. There's a constant automated response that says all the lines are busy. It's dissapointing and horrible that a whole sepcialists clinic has lines that are all not working and never answered. It makes one question how patients are supposed to reschedule cancelled doctors appointments when all the contact numbers are unreachable. Style up Anderson Clinic, this is a shame to have an institution of health care be so irresponsible and non chalant.

If you're planning to visit the gynecology and antenatal clinic, better be ready to wait for more than two hours. The nurses in this sector are very slow couldn't recommend.

Very good service and amazing packages for pregnant women. This prenatal clinic provides you comfortable clinics, with refreshments available, aircobditioned sitting. They will call you and sms you for appointment reminders. And most important is a clean environment

Clean and well ventilated. The speciality clinic reception was well heated during the freezing July mornings. View from 5th floor gives a nice aerial view of Ngong Road.

Well. It's a nice experience. The nurses are a bit critical but it is expected. The process is quick if it's not crowded. The place is also really pretty. I mean. It doesn't hurt for any place to be beautiful. Even psychiatric clinics

I got a good gynaecology service though I couldn't pay with my insurance. I didn't get my dental service because it was not approved. The long waiting time before being attended to was really wasteful.

Getting slower each day...you wonder if it is a private clinic...Lab alone 6 people takes 5 hours to be served....they don't care if you are from Surgery...zero priority you really have to beg for help...please pull up your socks!

The services are satisfactory, but the queue at the billing counter is overwhelming every time I come here. They should address and improve their billing system to manage it more efficiently. This has been going on for a while🧐

In as much as you make an appointment at the specialist clinics ,be sure to be in for a long wait before seeing the doctor because the billing area is such a mess.i don’t get why there is no system and why keep patients waiting.i finalize with billing and get directed to the doctor and the doctor is already angry as to why I am Late and I have been waiting to be cleared at the billing area.honestly how Is it my fault it is more insulting to start telling someone next time Just state where you are going so that between billing and the doctor ‘s office they are aware you are coming . Very uncalled for and yes I did state at the registration desk but they kept on telling me go To billing area . Please treat patients well we are not cash cows here . Very disappointed.

Poor customer service. They charged me for services never performed, followed it up with the cashier and they said they'll communicate with me in an email within 48hours. It's been 2+weeks and no one has said anything. Secondly, they say they'll send lab reports via email...nothing. Despite mentioning that'll be outta the county so I'd appreciate the email. Incompetence of the highest order. Greatly disappointed

This would have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for the 90 minute delay between billing and triage before you actually see the doctor! That being said, the service overall is world class!

Great care. Every experience since day one was exceptional.

Anderson medical center has a very lovely amphitheater that is located inside the center. The hall is equipped with state of art facilities making it very ideal to host red carpet events and functions. The seats are very comfortable and luxurious. The center is very modern with some breathtaking art . There are various doctors offices within the center too. Security around the facility is very tight and well coordinated. The place is extremely clean and the washrooms are well taken care of.

The service is good, I applaud the nurses and doctors for quick response when I badly needed assistance. Everyone is friendly from security, cashiers to doctors. The place is modern and clean. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes. The queue might be annoying though.
