Worst transaction for any product I have ever bought. We ordered a fridge worth 55k and after much phone calls and confusion they delivered one that doesn't work . Two weeks later ..... the customer care keeps calling and asking us if they can just repair the fridge . It costs 55k. And they are even asking us if we really 'need' a new fridge. The manager refuses to take responsibility. The salesmen keep saying they will call back in five minutes. Seriously think twice before buying anything expensive here. The other electronic stores in kushalnagar are more trustworthy. I wish we had never given these people business. Reliance is getting a bad name by letting it's franchise be taken in by such irresponsible people. Absolutely the worst management I've seen anywhere in any business.
