    I stopped at this Wendy's because it's off the 267 highway. I declined going through the drive-thru so I could get the full experience. Well, I was met by a person who did his best to understand what I was saying. I ordered the Baconator combo with a large drink. It was expensive, to say the least, because I ordered the double burger, fries, and a large drink. I decided to eat in because there were two other customers eating in. I sat down to eat my burger only to be disappointed. The burgers were overcooked, and the bacon was as hard as a leatherback belt. I was very disappointed that I received a burger that should have been thrown out like other restaurants do when the food expires. The pictures soak for themselves. In addition, there was a preschool child playing hide and seek and making faces at me. I guess school was closed or something, but it was annoying that a child of an employee be permitted to misbehave as people are trying to eat. Anyway, the food was outright unsatisfactory, and the atmosphere was a playground for a child who was left unsupervised by his parent. In addition, there was a seat that was ripped, which didn't look recent, but it was not repaired. From my position, it was an eye sore because it was in my direction. I couldn't change my seat because the chair was missing. I think it's clear I won't visit this location again because it's not operationally sound with respect to the food, customer communications, and very laxed dining area. I did have done the drive-thru and avoided my disappointment. If you go here I hope you have a better experience and well-prepared food.

    Every time I order a 5$ bag they automatically upsize me without asking. When I get to the window I said I didn’t order a large size she yells loud At employees then dumps the large drink into a smaller cup. The employees are rude and obnoxious. Other Wendy’s I frequent are fine but this place is crazy.

    I recently visited Wendy's and had a fantastic time! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a pineapple lemonade, and I have to say, it was all delicious. The sandwich was perfectly crispy and had just the right amount of spice to give it a kick without being overpowering. The fries were hot and fresh, and the seasoning was spot on. And the pineapple lemonade was so refreshing and added a nice tropical twist to my meal. But what really stood out to me was the service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which was great to see. Overall, I had a great experience at Wendy's and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal and friendly service. I'll definitely be back for more of that spicy chicken sandwich!

    I went through the drive thru tonight and my experience was not a good one. I ordered 3 $5 biggie bags. When I got home I was missing 3 sets of chicken nuggets. I was charged for a medium upgrade even though I didn’t ask for it. I was yelled at to pull up and wait even though nobody was behind me. Lastly this is the only Wendy’s that wouldn’t substitute fries for a chili.

    Went through drive through last night. Ordered a baconator was charged for a double. I was hungry and it was after a long flight, so I said whatever and accepted the double. The burger tasted horrible like rancid so we returned for a remake they drive through said they were closed 40 minutes before published closing time so we asked for a refund. We were shortchanged almost a dollar because the manager was having trouble with reading/math skills, when we pointed it out they begrudgingly gave us the correct amount printed on the receipt. Never again, not that anyone reads fast food reviews before going but if you happen across this do yourself a favor and keep driving.

    I never have before this kind of service in my whole life! Wendy’s should be hire people that really like their job not the people that has not any idea of customer service. Poor very poor ,never will came back to this location .

    They sneak charged me. I had the frosty keychain, and they charged me for the free frosties though they didn't tell me that they were going to do that. Update: The manager was very helpful. She resolved the issue. At least they have good to level management.

    Fries were cold and the burgers were small and tasted more of the condiments than beef. Wendy's used to be much better.
